Minimum Order Value. 50.1 Although not a mandatory requirement at the Framework Agreement, the Contractor(s) must have the capability of inserting an agreed minimum order value on their system. It is expected that individual buying Framework Public Bodies will set their own minimum order value. The Contractor(s) will continually work with the individual Framework Public Bodies to adapt the minimum order value throughout the duration of the framework. The Contractor(s) may be expected to be capable of holding orders until they reach the agreed minimum order value.
