Minimum Purchase Amounts. Company will not accept purchases with a USD value of less than $100 (the “Minimum Purchase Amount”). The foregoing notwithstanding, in order to protect purchasers from price volatility during the sale, Company will accept purchases equal to or exceeding the following amounts depending on the Purchase Currency sent: 0.05 BTC, 0.6 ETH, 1000 XRP, 4 LTC, or 0.5 BCH.
Minimum Purchase Amounts. From the period during the Initial Term commencing upon signing this Distribution Agreement (“MPA Commencement Date”), subject to this Exhibit 6.4(C) and (D), below, Terumo shall purchase from IceCure at least the following amounts during the respective period set forth in this Exhibit 6.4(A) below (“Minimum Purchase Amount” or “MPA”): Initial Term: As shown below. Minimum Purchase Amounts. During the term of this Agreement, DISTRIBUTOR agrees to purchase from INVO a minimum number of Products per year commencing the date of NMPA approval, as outlined in Exhibit D. DISTRIBUTOR expressly acknowledges that (a) such commitment is a reasonable estimate of the amount of Products it can distribute within the Territory; and (b) that to maintain the exclusive nature of this Agreement, DISTRIBUTOR will need to pay INVO the Price associated with such minimum Product amounts.
Minimum Purchase Amounts. A. During the term of this Agreement, DISTRIBUTOR agrees to purchase from INVO a minimum of Products, outlined in Exhibit C Milestones. DISTRIBUTOR expressly acknowledges that such commitment is a reasonable estimate of the number of Products it can distribute within the Territory.

Minimum Purchase Amounts. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, Buyer shall have the right, in addition to Buyer's right to terminate this Agreement, to purchase from third parties products similar to the Products (the "Substitute Products") during the following periods:
(i) commencing at any time following Buyer's receipt of notice from Seller of Seller's inability to ship any "Phase 1" or "Phase 2" Monitors (where such inability is not due to action or failure to act on the part of Buyer) and...
Minimum Purchase Amounts. (i) Purchaser agrees to purchase at least the minimum amounts of units of Equipment set forth on Exhibit E within the corresponding time periods set forth in Exhibit E (collectively, the “Minimum Purchase Amounts”).
(ii) If Purchaser fails to purchase any portion of the Minimum Purchase Amounts in a calendar quarter as set forth in Exhibit E and fails to make up the deficit in the Minimum Purchase Amount by the end of the following calendar quarter, then all exclusive rights of Purchaser under this Agreement (including without limitation the rights with respect to the registration, purchase, sale, re-sale, promotion, marketing and distribution of the Equipment in the Territory) other than Purchaser’s Registered Priority Projects shall immediately be converted to nonexclusive rights of Purchaser.
Minimum Purchase Amounts. During the term of this Agreement, Cytyc agrees to purchase Whatman Product for the minimum aggregate invoice price (net of taxes, duties, tariffs or charges of any kind and net of rebates, returns and credits) of US$ *** million or ***% of the forecasted amount for the year, whichever is the higher, in the year 2001. In each subsequent year of the Term, the minimum aggregate invoice price of US$*** million will be adjusted upward in proportion to any price increase implemented pursuant to this Agreement.

Console Probe For avoidance of doubt, MPA 1st Year commences from MPA Commencement Date and ends 12 months after MPA Commencement Date. MPA 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th Year shall be construed accordingly. Renewal Term: To be mutually discussed in good faith and agreed by the Parties during the Initial Term.
Minimum Purchase Amounts. During the term of this Agreement, DISTRIBUTOR will make best efforts to purchase from INVO a minimum of Products, outlined in Exhibit D Milestones. Failure to meet these purchase targets may result in cancellation of DISTRIBUTOR’s exclusivity, in INVO’s sole discretion. DISTRIBUTOR expressly acknowledges that such targets are a reasonable estimate of the amount of Products it can distribute within the Territory.
