Common use of Minimum Requirement Clause in Contracts

Minimum Requirement. The teacher must have a minimum of seven (7) years teaching experience, or seven (7) years experience since their last sabbatical, in ISD 196 and must have given evidence of having attempted to improve his/her professional status through further academic training or other forms of work study at his/her own expense, prior to his/ her application for sabbatical leave.
