Minimum Service Standards. For the Projects listed in Exhibit A, the Implementing Party agrees to provide for: A. Maintenance of all vehicles and facilities in accordance with a preventative maintenance program. B. Maintenance of all vehicles and facilities in a safe and dependable condition and cleaning of all vehicles and facilities regularly. C. Monitoring of services and responding to incidents in a timely and professional manner. D. Regular reviews of service including: safety, on-time performance, customer satisfaction, accessibility, cleanliness, security, and customer service training. E. Public engagement activities in accordance with state and federal guidelines and agency and municipal policies and procedures, if applicable.
