MINISTERIAL ACTS. Owner agrees that Agent may perform ministerial acts for Owner and Tenant. A ministerial act is an act that Agent performs on behalf of Owner or Tenant after the execution of a lease or rental application which assists the tenant to complete or fulfill a lease term; which does not involve discretion or the exercise of Agent's ownjudgment.
MINISTERIAL ACTS. A staff member, employee, or independent contractor of Broker may perform ministerial acts to support or assist ▇▇▇▇▇ or Designated Agent on ▇▇▇▇▇’s behalf and the performance of such acts does not make any such person the designated agent of the Buyer.
