Common use of MINORITY BUSINESS PARTICIPATION Clause in Contracts

MINORITY BUSINESS PARTICIPATION. Contractor is required to identify participation of Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE) in its proposal and document how that participation is achieved. There is a verifiable goal of ten percent (10%) for participation by minority businesses in the total value of work for the Project. Contractor shall comply with the document titled “Guidelines For Recruitment and Selection of Minority Businesses For Participation In Reedy Branch Greenway (Sweetwater Gap) Construction Contract”, including associated Affidavits and Appendices which are hereby incorporated herein.
