Miscellaneous Harm Submission Sample Clauses

Miscellaneous Harm Submission. Each Class Member shall be entitled to submit a Miscellaneous Harm Submission evidencing additional, miscellaneous harm, not otherwise captured above, allegedly arising from Aetna’s denial of their request for infertility coverage during the Class Period. Any such submission shall be made in accordance with the requirements set forth in the Allocation Plan. After the Bar Date, the Administrator will send all Miscellaneous Harm Submissions to the Special Master for evaluation.
