Miscellaneous Supplies. The Contractor shall furnish all rest room supplies such as toilet seat covers and tissue, liquid hand soap, deodorizers, urinal screens and deodorizers, paper towels, and appropriate plastic liners for trash cans. All restroom and cleaning supplies will be environmentally safe and used as intended.

Miscellaneous Supplies. Alarm Clock Fan Clothes Basket Hand Soap Laundry Soap First Aid Kit Medicines: cold/allergy medicines, antacids, etc.

Batteries for smoke detectors and remote controls; c. Carbon Dioxide Detectors and Smoke Alarms; d. Outside flood lights; and e. Furnace filters. RRP is responsible for making sure that all of the above supplies are replenished on an as-needed basis.

Miscellaneous Supplies. All useable and saleable general hardware consisting of bolts, nuts, washers, screws and fittings, all useable and saleable bulk items, such as brake pads, regardless of whether the package has been opened, and all useable and saleable gas, oil and grease (“Miscellaneous Supplies”).
