Misdirected Orders. If, for any reason, GSK receives orders for the ------------------ Adolor Products in the United States, GSK shall forward such orders to Adolor (or if directed by Adolor to Adolor's wholesalers) as soon as practicable. If, for any reason, Adolor receives orders for the GI Products in the United States or for the Collaboration Products in the ROW, Adolor shall forward such orders to GSK (or if directed by GSK to GSK's wholesalers) as soon as practicable.
Misdirected Orders. Except in the event specifically authorized in writing to do so by Valera, (i) Indevus will not accept or fill purchase orders for VANTAS and will not process billing or returns with respect to VANTAS (and in any event Indevus shall have no obligation to do so); and (ii) at no time shall Indevus have any power or authority to accept or reject orders on behalf of Valera. If, for any reason, Indevus receives orders for VANTAS, Indevus shall forward such orders to Valera immediately for acceptance or rejection.
Misdirected Orders. If, for any reason, Xxxxx receives orders for Product, Xxxxx shall forward such orders to Amylin (or if directed by Amylin to Xxxxxx's wholesalers) as soon as practicable.
Misdirected Orders. If, for any reason, Lilly receives orders for Product, Lilly shall forward such orders to Amylin (or if directed by Amylin to Amylin's wholesalers) as soon as practicable.

During the Agreement Term, except in the event specifically authorized in writing to do so by Esprit, (a) Indevus will not accept or fill purchase orders for Products in the Field in the Territory and will not process billing or returns with respect to such Products (and in any event Indevus shall have no obligation to do so); and (b) at no time shall Indevus have any power or authority to accept or reject orders on behalf of Esprit. If, for any reason, Indevus receives orders for Products hereunder, Indevus shall forward such orders to Esprit (or if directed by Esprit to Esprit’s wholesalers) promptly, for acceptance or rejection.
Misdirected Orders. If, for any reason, PFIZER receives orders for Products, PFIZER shall forward such orders to XXXXXX-XXXXXXX (or if directed by XXXXXX-XXXXXXX to XXXXXX-XXXXXXX'x wholesalers) as soon as practicable.
Misdirected Orders. If, for any reason, Bayer receives orders in the Co-Promotion Territory for Initial Licensed Products, Bayer shall forward such orders to ZGEN (or if directed by ZGEN to ZGEN’s wholesalers or distributors) as soon as practicable.
