Common use of Misunderstandings and Oversights Clause in Contracts

Misunderstandings and Oversights. Any delay, omission, error or failure to pay amounts due or to perform any other act required by this Agreement that is unintentional and caused by misunderstanding or oversight shall not be held to relieve either party to this Agreement from any obligation hereunder if such delay, omission, error or failure is corrected within 20 Business Days of receipt of notice of such delay, omission, error or failure and neither party shall have been prejudiced.
