MLS Rules & Regulations. 7.1. It is the Landlord(s) sole responsibility to verify, confirm and ensure that the Landlord(s) listing complies with the MLS Rules and Regulations. 7.2. The MLS Rules and Regulations are accessible, via the MLS website (▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇) and our website (▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇). 7.3. Any fine(s) charged to Be Happy! Realty from the MLS due to the Landlord(s) violation of the MLS Rules and Regulations must be reimbursed, by the Landlord(s), to Be Happy! Realty, within two (2) business days. 7.4. Be Happy! Realty reserves the right to “Temporarily Withdraw” the Landlord(s) listing from the MLS until a fine(s) is paid.
