MLS Rules & Regulations. PARTICIPANT shall not itself, and shall not cause or allow its resources, information, products, or services to be used by PARTICIPANT customers, vendors, or any other party to circumvent, override, modify, violate, or disregard any MLS rule, regulation or RECOLORADO policy, all of which PARTICIPANT is aware of and agrees to remain abreast of during the term of the Agreement.
