Mobile Equipment. CDF FIREFIGHTERS shall have the right to submit a consolidated list of concerns and suggestions regarding mobile equipment, and CDF shall respond in writing.
Mobile Equipment o The Mobile Equipment to be provided under the Contract shall be specified in the Order. The Customer acknowledges that some or all of the Mobile Equipment shall be provided under a Mobile Equipment Leasing Contract and the Customer is obliged to sign and return a Mobile Equipment Leasing Contract pursuant to clause 7. o The provision of Mobile Equipment is subject to availability. Where the customer specifies a preference for a particular colour of Mobile Equipment (handset) JDN may substitute the colour for a different colour at its discretion. o Subject to clause 3.6 of these Conditions, the Mobile Equipment shall be delivered within 3 months of the commencement date and if JDN is unable to source or provide the Mobile Equipment within such period, the Customer shall be entitled to have the Account credited to the equivalent value of JDN’s trade purchase cost of the Mobile Equipment. Such credit to be made in accordance with clause 9 of these Conditions as though it were a Deal Incentive. o The Mobile Equipment shall be delivered to the location set out in the Order or such other location as the parties may agree (Delivery Location). o Delivery of the Mobile Equipment shall be deemed completed on the second business day after posting by JDN or the Network Provider or on the second business day following the Mobile Equipment being collected from JDN or the Network Provider from a courier with instructions to deliver to the Delivery Location. o Any dates quoted for delivery of the Mobile Equipment are approximate only, and the time of delivery is not of the essence. No Mobile Equipment will be dispatched until the Customer has provided porting authorisation codes irrespective of any delivery date specified on the Order. JDN shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Mobile Equipment that is caused by a Force Majeure Event or delays caused by a third party manufacturer (or supplier) or the Customer’s failure to provide JDN with adequate delivery instructions or any other instructions that are relevant to the supply of the Mobile Equipment.
Mobile Equipment. 2.1 You must only use your Flex-Mobile SIM Card with a Mobile Equipment which is: (a) of a type approved by the Office of the Communications Authority; (b) appropriate for the Flex-Mobile SIM Card; and (c) able to be connected to SUN Mobile’s mobile network.
2.2 In providing the Mobile Services, SUN Mobile is not responsible for the operation of any Mobile Equipment or any other You-supplied or third party equipment or applications connected to the Mobile Services.
2.3 You must not change any charge setting on your Mobile Equipment or Flex-Mobile SIM Card and such a change may cause the Mobile Equipment or Flex-Mobile SIM Card to malfunction. SUN Mobile will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by You or another person due to a change to the charge setting of Your Mobile Equipment or Flex-Mobile SIM Card.

Agility shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Mobile Equipment that is caused by a Force Majeure Event or delays caused by a third party manufacturer (or supplier) or the Customer's failure to provide Agility with adequate delivery instructions or any other instructions that are relevant to the supply of the Mobile Equipment.

XTRA shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Mobile Equipment that is caused by a Force Majeure Event or delays caused by a third party manufacturer (or supplier) or the Customer's failure to provide XTRA with adequate delivery instructions or any other instructions that are relevant to the supply of the Mobile Equipment.
Mobile Equipment. In case of mobile equipment a tag-out procedure will be used and same general rules will apply.
Mobile Equipment. The Company undertakes to continue to address issues connected with suitable mobile equipment for the transportation of employees and undertakes to get employees from headquarters to work and back without exposing them to undue physical danger and with reasonable protection from the weather.
Mobile Equipment. We pay all sums for which an insured is legally liable for bodily injury or property damage resulting from mobile equipment, including attached equipment and machinery.
Mobile Equipment arising out of, based upon or attributable to bodily injury or property damage arising out of:
(a) the transportation of mobile equipment by an auto owned or operated by or rented or loaned to any insured; or
(b) the use of mobile equipment in, or while in practice for, or while being prepared for, any prearranged racing, speed, demolition, or stunting activity.
