Mobilization and Demobilization. All arrangements necessary to mobilize and demobilize the Contractor's labor force and equipment needed to perform the Scope of Services contained herein shall be made by the Contractor.

Mobilization and Demobilization. Land- When Applicable This item shall include the initial mobilization of the drill rig at the project site and the final demobilization after all borings are complete. The Contractor is required to furnish the drill rig and tools, in good condition and all other equipment necessary to carry on and complete the work properly. The Contractor may be required to mobilize and dismantle his equipment at existing highway structures, highway embankments, highway rights of way, off the traveled way, wooded areas and other difficult sites. The Contractor shall have the necessary equipment and personnel to assemble his drilling equipment at the desired locations. The backfilling and casing, work hours, permits or any other requirements made by the Department or other public transportation authority shall be complied with by the Contractor and any costs shall be considered as part on the unit price of Mobilization and Demobilization and no additional compensation will be allowed. No additional compensation will be made to the Contractor for preparing the application for and acquiring the entry permit and its associated fee. This item shall also include full compensation for all Traffic Control Equipment (such as; traffic control devices, cones, signs, etc.) when owned, provided and used by the Contractor. This does not include TMA units, arrow boards, message signs, etc. when provided by a Traffic Control subcontractor. All material or equipment furnished under this item shall remain the property of the Contractor and shall be maintained and disposed of by him. This item shall carry all charges incident to such plant setup and removal, in order that the charges need not be distributed among the more variable items of the contract. Railroad (applies to any explorations located within the Railroad right-of-way, or impacting the right-of- way during mobilization, possibly including borings S2-2, S2-3, and others when applicable). Mobilization and Demobilization. Contractor shall commence mobilization of Personnel and Equipment as per the Mobilization Plan approved by the Company on receipt and acceptance of Company's Letter of Intent, or upon the Company's execution of this Agreement document. Contractor shall submit a claim for payment of mobilization following the complete execution of the Agreement and the completion of the mobilization phase and receipt by Company of any Performance Bonds requested herein, if any. Contractor’s costs associated with mobilization and demobilization are included in the Compensation Tables shown in Schedule B and any Supplements thereto and such Compensation is deemed to cover all Contractor costs for mobilizing and demobilizing all of its personnel, equipment, materials, tools, facilities to or from the Site (including any redundancy pay to its employees and customs duties or taxes to bring or remove any equipment, materials, tools, facilities into or out of Mauritania or any other country, region or jurisdiction). The Contractor shall submit a demobilization plan to the Company, for approval, a minimum of 120 calendar days prior to the end of the current Agreement or as otherwise directed by the Company. It shall demonstrate the Contractor’s plan and ability to remove its Personnel and equipment from the Site and to return the Company property no later than 30 days after the expiration of the current period of performance. The demobilization plan shall identify: a) the method of transportation the Contractor intends to use to remove its Personnel and equipment, materials, tools, facilities from the Site and the timeline for accomplishing its demobilization; b) the number of Contractor Personnel to be demobilized; c) the equipment, materials, tools, facilities and specify whether the Contractor is requesting to leave any equipment, materials, tools, facilities on Site (requires Company approval), a list of such equipment, including its location, and the reasons therefor; The Contractor shall demobilize and return its personnel to their point of origin. The Contractor is not authorized to use Company-furnished transportation unless specifically authorized in this Agreement. All Contractor equipment, materials, tools, facilities that are abandoned, lost or any unclaimed personal property that comes into custody or control of the Company after the demobilization period has ended, may be sold or otherwise disposed by the Company. Mobilization and Demobilization. When a major disaster occurs or is imminent, the State will contact the debris monitoring Contractor to advise them of the state’s intent to activate the Contract. This action is the official notice to proceed, which shall be task order 1b. The monitoring contractor shall commence performance within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of the task order 1b (see attachment A5 as an example). The Contractor will begin coordination with the State IDMTF. The State will then provide the Contractor with task order 2b, mobilization of personnel and equipment in coordination with debris removal contractor. The debris monitoring project manager will report to the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) within twelve (12) hours of a disaster event impacting the State. Within forty-eight to seventy-two (48-72) hours of a disaster event, Contractor will be on-site with an adequate number of staff to begin response and recovery operations. Upon completion of assigned tasks, the debris monitoring Contractor shall be responsible for closing out all related operations, including but not limited to, records and documents to support the state’s request for reimbursement costs from the Federal government.
Mobilization and Demobilization. (a) Contractor shall mobilize the Rig and Contractor’s Personnel to the location designated by Operator pursuant to Section 2.2(b). Contractor shall pay and be responsible for all risks, costs and expenses associated with the Rig and such mobilization, unless otherwise specified in this Drilling Contract, until the arrival of the Rig and her presentment in Rig Ready Condition at the Operator’s designated location in the Area of Operations (and following such arrival and presentment at the Operator’s designated location in the Area of Operations, Operator’s obligations to provide supplies and services to the Rig under Exhibit D in the Area of Operations shall commence (except that Operator shall have already accommodated Contractor’s first crew change after the Rig’s arrival at the Operator’s designated location in the Area of Operations, provided transportation services for Contractor’s Items as specified in Appendix D, Part B(12), and fueled the Rig in accordance with Appendix D, Part D(3)). Operator shall be entitled to place at its risk, cost and expense its Operator’s Items and its designated representative(s) aboard the Rig for such mobilization, and Contractor shall make available to Operator’s representative(s) all accommodations, provisions and requisites as Contractor supplies to the senior marine crew of the Rig. Operator shall be entitled to conduct certain aspects of the Rig Acceptance Testing during mobilization; provided that such Rig Acceptance Testing does not interfere with the mobilization or safe operation of the Rig. Contractor shall invoice Operator for the Mobilization Fee on or after the Term Commencement Date, and such Mobilization Fee shall be due and payable by Operator in accordance with the terms of Article IV. (b) Contractor shall demobilize the Rig and Contractor’s Personnel at the Demobilization Point upon the earlier to occur of (i) the expiration of the Primary Term or, if applicable, any Extension Term, or (ii) the termination of this Drilling Contract pursuant to Section 13.1 or Section 13.2. Contractor shall pay and be responsible for all risks, costs and expenses, unless otherwise specified in this Drilling Contract, necessary to move and demobilize the Rig at the Demobilization Point upon Operator’s notification to Contractor of Rig Release.

Mobilization and Demobilization. 3.1 Contractor shall mobilize at the Site all materials, equipment, supplies, explosives, facilities and labor necessary to accomplish the Work. Contractor shall mobilize in accordance with the Mobilization Schedule attached hereto as Exhibit C.
