Mobilization and Demobilization. All arrangements necessary to mobilize and demobilize the Contractor's labor force and equipment needed to perform the Scope of Services contained herein shall be made by the Contractor.

No additional compensation will be made to the Contractor for preparing the application for and acquiring the entry permit and its associated fee. This item shall also include full compensation for all Traffic Control Equipment (such as; traffic control devices, cones, signs, etc.) when owned, provided and used by the Contractor. This does not include TMA units, arrow boards, message signs, etc. when provided by a Traffic Control subcontractor. All material or equipment furnished under this item shall remain the property of the Contractor and shall be maintained and disposed of by him. This item shall carry all charges incident to such plant setup and removal, in order that the charges need not be distributed among the more variable items of the contract. Mobilization and Demobilization. Contractor shall commence mobilization of Personnel and Equipment as per the Mobilization Plan approved by the Company on receipt and acceptance of Company's Letter of Intent, or upon the Company's execution of this Agreement document. Contractor shall submit a claim for payment of mobilization following the complete execution of the Agreement and the completion of the mobilization phase and receipt by Company of any Performance Bonds requested herein, if any. Contractor’s costs associated with mobilization and demobilization are included in the Compensation Tables shown in Schedule B and any Supplements thereto and such Compensation is deemed to cover all Contractor costs for mobilizing and demobilizing all of its personnel, equipment, materials, tools, facilities to or from the Site (including any redundancy pay to its employees and customs duties or taxes to bring or remove any equipment, materials, tools, facilities into or out of Mauritania or any other country, region or jurisdiction). The Contractor shall submit a demobilization plan to the Company, for approval, a minimum of 120 calendar days prior to the end of the current Agreement or as otherwise directed by the Company. It shall demonstrate the Contractor’s plan and ability to remove its Personnel and equipment from the Site and to return the Company property no later than 30 days after the expiration of the current period of performance. An item to cover the cost of initial mobilization and final demobilization of the Contractor's plant and equipment under this contract will be paid as follows: the initial mobilization fee shall be paid to the Contractor within 10 business days after day 1 of dredging operations has begun; and the demobilization fee shall be paid within 30 days after all materials, pipe, equipment, and vessels have been removed from the Harbour Waterway Canal System and the Xxxxxxx Spoil Site, subject to inspection and acceptance by the Contracting Officer and the Jacksonville Port Authority, respectively. Under no circumstance shall greater than 60% of the sum of the initial mobilization fee and the demobilization fee be paid to the Contractor as the initial mobilization fee. Initial mobilization fees in excess of the limit shall be added to the demobilization fee.
Mobilization and Demobilization. The parties acknowledge that US$ 150,000 on account of Mobilization and Demobilization has been paid in accordance with the terms of the MoU and shall be applied by Contractor to payment of the amounts due pursuant to Sections 7.1 and 7.2 above upon the rendering of the relevant services and, if and to the extent such services are not rendered, shall be applied or refunded as provided in Section 9.2 below.
