Mode of Operation. 2.2.1 SIS Teams need to visit the FAA and appropriate U.S. industry on a regular basis to satisfy the Section A Part II paragraph 2.1 objectives.
2.2.2 When the SIS Team perceives problems with compliance with maintenance standards, such problems are to be reported on the EASA Visit Report AMO (see Appendix 2 of Section A) to the FAA and the company concerned. The EASA Visit Report of the FAA FSDO (see Appendix 3 of Section A) will be provided to the FAA regional coordinator.
2.2.3 More than one SIS Team may be operating in the United States at any one time.
Mode of Operation. We operate a matched principal broker model, in which we will contract directly with you and then cover off the exposure created by our contract through a similar trade with one of our liquidity providers. From a best execution perspective, our obligation, all other execution factors being equal, is therefore to obtain the best ‘wholesale’ price from our list of available liquidity providers. (Note that we do not derive any commercial benefit from selecting one provider over another). In doing so we can offer you the best exchange rates available to us.

4.2. The SC meetings can take place only if both the State Chancellery and SDC are represented by at least one representative each.
4.3. The venue of the SC meetings is the premises of the State Chancellery. In some cases, as an exception, the Head of SC could propose another location, which meets all necessary requirements for such a purpose. The SC meetings shall be limited to 3 hours, unless otherwise agreed.
4.4. Decisions are taken by consensus and reflected in the minutes.
4.5. The members of the SC shall be consulted on the tentative date and on the discussion items to be included in the agenda of the meetings.
4.6. The agenda shall be drafted by the implementing partners and submitted to the State Chancellery and SDC for comments and approval at least three weeks prior to the date of the SC meeting.
4.7. The State Chancellery shall give the final approval for the date of the meeting and the agenda at least one week before the meeting by issuing an official indication.
4.8. After the official approval of date and agenda by the State Chancellery, one of the projects` managers (by mutual agreement between them) shall without delay inform all participants (members and invited participants) and distribute the copy of the official indication and the agenda with all necessary papers attached.
4.9. The Agenda shall include the following information: Date and venue; List of participants; Objectives of the meeting; Discussion topics.
4.10. The attached documentation shall include: The minutes of previous meeting (copy); Information / presentations on the discussion items; Narrative and fund utilization reports per project; Next action plans per project; Other relevant materials.
4.11. The agenda and the attached documentation shall be in Romanian. Translation into English shall be made only if required.

Mode of Operation. 26. The Upper North Island Strategic Alliance (UNISA): is a collaborative body that may make recommendations to constituent councils and central government has no decision-making authority
27. The mode of operation will include: each council will fund its own participation chief executives will identify officer resource to support the work of UNISA UNISA will meet at the governance level to an agreed schedule UNISA will facilitate identification of key strategic issues, particularly where there is high interconnectivity UNISA will collaborate on initiatives that support economic, social, environmental and cultural wellbeing each council will give early notification of issues and opportunities that may affect another party each council will provide the other parties with key strategic planning documents. each Council will communicate with other councils in their region.
28. The leaders of each Regional Council, City Council and District Council that are members of this agreement will engage with the District Councils in their region on strategic issues under this agreement and all Councils will maintain their own operational inter-council relationships as normal.
29. Territorial authorities (who are not signatories to this agreement) with specific interests in items that are under discussion under the UNISA will have opportunities to be involved in discussions and background analysis, and will have the ability to comment on work being undertaken.
Mode of Operation. One member from GAF and one from the CIIC will be designated as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the coordination role for all programmes organized. The SPOCs shall be responsible for the preparation of the annual plan for approval of the Co-ordination Committee and the SPOC shall implement approved plan and promote cordial interaction between the Institutes.
Mode of Operation. One member from the AZH and one from the CIIC will be designated as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the coordination role for all programmes/ activities organized.
Mode of Operation. Equipment shall be capable of operating in the single frequency simplex mode.
Mode of Operation. Upon activation by the user, the external head set activation unit generates an alternating magnetic field, which is induced on the intermediate implanted flat flexible coil. The magnetic field is induced on the intermediate flexible coil assembly which generates power for the PCB circuitry within the intermediate flexible coil assembly. The PCB circuitry generates an alternating current that flows through the electromagnet (small coil) in the proximal ventricular catheter, generating an alternating magnetic field which in turn generates the moment of the neodymium (Nd) magnet and vibrates the internal part. The vibrations maintain the perforations in the proximal ventricular catheter clear of cell ingrowth and enable the CSF to flow freely, thus preventing the buildup of tissue that causes occlusion. The communication between the headset and the implant is based on amplitude modulation.. Jxxxx X. (Pxx) MxXxxxxxxx, PhD; Pxxxxxxxx Xxxxx X. Limbrick, Jr., MD, PhD: Professor and Chief of Pediatric Neurosurgery Lxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxx, PhD: Visiting Researcher and Postdoctoral Fellow The Microbot device seeks to prevent tissue obstructions from occluding cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) drainage catheters implanted into the lateral ventricle. Therefore, the experiments will include implantation of these catheters into the lateral ventricle as part of a CSF drainage system, or shunt. In animals that have developed hydrocephalus a ventricular catheter will be inserted into the lateral ventricle and attached to a subcutaneous reservoir whose distal catheter will be subcutaneously placed into the peritoneal cavity. This is the customary design for clinical shunts. The main objective of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the Microbot Medical SCS Device to prevent obstruction in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) catheters in a clinically relevant in vivo model of hydrocephalus. To meet this objective one initial Specific Aim will be addressed:
Mode of Operation. OF THIS RATE CONTRACT The broad mechanism of operation of Rate Contract will be as follow.
