Modification of Licensed Software. Except as otherwise agreed in writing by the parties, any modification to the Licensed Software by Licensee or any other third party, or failure by Licensee to implement any improvements or updates to the Licensed Software as supplied by Licensor shall void Licensor’ warranty obligations and Licensor’ warranties under this Section 4, to the extent any failure or error results from such modification.
