Common use of Modification of Required Services Clause in Contracts

Modification of Required Services. The Village reserves the right to adjust or expand the scope of the Commercial Services required under this Agreement to accommodate changes in the definition of Commercial Materials or changes in the scope of services provided by SWALCO upon thirty (30) days written notice to the Contractor. The Village and the Contractor agree to negotiate an equitable adjustment to the Contractor's compensation under this Agreement required as a result of any adjustment or expansion of the scope of the Commercial Services.

Modification of Required Services. The Village reserves the right to adjust or expand the scope of the Commercial Residential Services required under this Agreement Agreement, upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to the Contractor, to accommodate changes in the definition of Commercial Materials “Residential Materials” or changes in the scope of services provided by SWALCO upon thirty (30) days written notice to the ContractorSWALCO. The Village and the Contractor agree to negotiate an equitable adjustment to the Contractor's compensation under this Agreement required as a result of any adjustment or expansion of the scope of the Commercial Residential Services.

Modification of Required Services. The Village reserves the right to adjust or expand the scope of the Commercial Village Services required under this Agreement Agreement, with the prior written consent of the contractor, upon one hundred and eighty (180) days prior written notice to the Contractor, to accommodate changes in the definition of Commercial Materials SWANCC Waste or changes in the scope of services provided by SWALCO upon thirty (30) days written notice to the ContractorSWANCC. The Village and the Contractor agree to negotiate in good faith an equitable adjustment to the Contractor's compensation under this Agreement required as a result of any adjustment or expansion of the scope of the Commercial Village Services.
