Modification of the Contract Time. 9.6.1 Delays and extension of time as hereinafter described are valid only if executed in accordance with provisions set forth in Article 11. 9.6.2 When a delay defined herein as excusable prevents Contractor from completing the Work within the Contract Time, Contractor is entitled to an extension of time.
