MODIFICATION OF THE SYSTEM. Franchisee recognizes that from time to time hereafter Franchisor may change or modify the System presently identified by the Marks including, without limitation, the adoption and use of new or modified trade names, trademarks, service marks or copyrighted materials, new computer programs and systems, new types or brands of merchandise and products, new inventory requirements, new equipment or new techniques and that Franchisee will accept, use and display for the purpose of this Agreement any such changes in the System, as if they were part of this Agreement at the time of execution hereof. Franchisee will make such expenditures as such changes or modifications in the System may reasonably require. Franchisee shall not change, modify or alter in any way the System.
MODIFICATION OF THE SYSTEM. Franchisee acknowledges that Franchisor may modify the System. Franchisee shall accept and be bound by any modifications in the System as if they were part of this Agreement at the time of signing of this Agreement. Franchisee shall make all expenditures for, and modifications of, the System, as Franchisor requires.

MODIFICATION OF THE SYSTEM. YOU AGREE THAT AFTER THE AGREEMENT DATE WE MAY MODIFY THE SYSTEM. YOU AGREE TO ACCEPT AND BE BOUND BY ANY MODIFICATIONS IN THE SYSTEM AS IF THEY WERE PART OF THIS AGREEMENT AT THE TIME OF SIGNING OF THIS AGREEMENT. YOU WILL MAKE ALL EXPENDITURES AND MODIFICATIONS OF THE SYSTEM, AS WE REQUIRE SUBJECT TO THE CAPITAL EXPENDITURE LIMITATION CONTAINED IN SECTION 4.21.

Franchisee shall not change, modify or alter the System in any way, except as directed by Franchisor.

Franchise Owner will make such expenditures as such changes or modifications in the System may reasonably require. Franchise Owner shall not change, modify or alter in any way any material aspect of the System, without the prior written consent of the Franchisor.
