The Agreement expressed herein constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties, and no agreement, whether oral or in writing, nor any representation heretofore or hereafter made by either party to this Agreement, shall add to, delete from, or supersede any of its provisions, unless made in writing and executed by the parties hereto as a supplement to this Agreement.
