Modifications to Software. We reserve the right to add or delete features or functions, or to provide programming fixes, updates and upgrades, to the Software. You acknowledge and agree that we have no obligation to make available to you any subsequent versions of the Software. You also agree that you may have to enter into a renewed version of this Agreement if you want to download, install or use a new version of the Software.
Modifications to Software. Contractor shall provide thirty (30) days’ notice of any modifications to be made to the software. District reserves the right to approve any modifications, changes, or additions to the software. District may terminate the Agreement if any modifications substantially affect District’s use of the software, at District’s sole discretion. A prorated refund of any paid fees will be provided to District within thirty (30) days of termination.
Modifications to Software. Tsugi reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Software or any of its features, with or without notice and without liability to you.
Modifications to Software. Customer may request Seller to make changes to Seller's Software. Upon receipt of a document describing in detail the changes requested by Customer, Seller will respond in writing to Customer within ninety (90) days. If Seller agrees to undertake such modifications, the response shall quote a proposed delivery date and a fee for a license under such modified Software.
Modifications to Software. Any upgrades, updates, configuration changes, fixes, enhancements or modifications will be made to the Software only in accordance with the terms contained in the Services Agreements, regardless of whether such upgrade, configuration change, enhancement or modification is necessitated by changes in the County’s procedures, applicable law or regulation or otherwise. If the County requests from the Licensor upgrades, updates, configuration changes, customizations, enhancements or modifications to the Software or additional services not included in the scope of this Agreement, the County shall submit such request in accordance with the Services Agreements.
Modifications to Software. During the term of the License, Client shall have the right to modify Software. Modifications to the Software may, however, corrupt the Software. At Client's election, any modifications to the Software shall either: (i) be owned by Client, in which case Abstrium shall have no obligations of any nature with respect to the support and maintenance of such modified Software; or (ii) Client shall cause its employees and agents to contribute such modified Software to the project, in which case Abstrium can, in its sole discretion, elect to support and maintain such modifications as part of a future version of Software. Modifications to Software. Rival Theory reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Software (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Rival Theory shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Software.
Modifications to Software. QlikTech reserves the right at any time to discontinue release of any Software and to alter prices, features, specifications, capabilities, functions, licensing terms, release dates, general availability or other characteristics of the Software.
Modifications to Software. Customer agrees that Patriot may, for internal use and for the benefit of your experience and service, record, collect, use, and distribute data and related information (including, but not limited to, technical information pertaining to Customer’s computers, devices, systems, software, and peripherals, phone calls, emails, or any other communication or latent information incorporated with communications), for purposes of improving Company’s products, customizing services, and research.

If Seller agrees to undertake such modifications, the response shall quote a proposed delivery date and a fee for a license under such modified Software. Seller shall, subject to payment of Seller's Annual Maintenance Fees (as set forth in Attachment 1.10), make available to Customer during the term of this Agreement all Software maintenance releases and Software upgrades that Seller makes generally available to its other customers in order to correct defects or deficiencies in the Software (the "Maintenance Releases"). Seller shall, subject to payment of Seller's standard license fees and charges, make available to Customer during the term of this Agreement modifications or improvements to the Software which improve performance or capacity or which add functionality and are not required to achieve performance in accordance with the Specifications ("Enhancements"). All Maintenance Releases and Enhancements shall, upon payment of the applicable fees and charges, be subject to the Software license terms set forth in Section 3.2. Seller agrees to provide Customer access to its specifications for all industry standard interfaces for its Products, including OA&M interfaces. Seller agrees to make available to Customer, upon payment of the applicable prices and charges set forth in the Customer Price List, any interfaces which are deemed final by the appropriate standards body no later than eighteen (18) months after such standards are published, as Customer and Seller agree are necessary. As of the Effective Date, the parties agree to accept IS-634 Rev. A as such a standard.
