Money transfers. 1The payments of Entry amounts and of winnings deriving from the Participation shall obligatorily be carried out by and to OPAP S.A., without an intermediary, with the exception of Payment Services Providers established and lawfully operating in Greece or in another Member State of the European Union or of the European Economic Area.
Money transfers. 6.1 The Client understands and accepts that in order to secure the identity of the transferor/Client, the Company only allows transfers of funds to and from the Client’s Account(s) to and from the Client’s own accounts in other banks or financial institutions. This entails that the Company must receive sufficient information about the transfer from the transferring bank to ensure the identification of the relevant Client and relevant Account on which the funds shall be booked. Therefore, the Client understands and accepts that the Company is only able to place and book any transferred funds, if the Company is able to properly identify the Client and the Account on which the funds shall be booked. 6.2 For incoming transfers of currency, the funds are booked and at disposal in the Client Account without undue delay after the Company has received the funds and in accordance with applicable law, subject to the instruction being complete and correct. The funds will not be taken into account for purposes of the Client's Margin Requirement before the funds are booked and at disposal in the Client Account. 6.3 Any withdrawal of Client money outside the Company shall be completed by the Company within three

Unless otherwise stated, the Bank may conduct the transfer at such date it may establish provided that there is sufficient balance to conduct such transfer. The Client agrees and declares that unless he places an instruction otherwise with respect to online transfers or future-dated transfers, if a technical fault occurs, the transfer will be executed after the fault is corrected. 7.4. The Client agrees and declares that the Bank may, ex officio, determine, change or reset upper limits for the maximum amounts of transfers which may be conducted through Distribution Channels other than the Branch within the day. The Client agrees and declares that if he wishes he may himself change the transaction limits for channels other than the branch within such limits established by the Bank, and if he wishes, he may prevent temporarily or permanently any electronic banking transactions offered by the Bank, and the Bank may determine in which channels the prevented transactions can be activated again, and the Bank reserves the right not to reactivate the transactions which have been inactivated by the Client. 7.5. The Client agrees and declares that transactions which he requests through Distribution Channels other 7.6. Money transfers. All payments will be by direct transfer to a European bank account specified by the scholarship recipient and in compliance with the rules established by the Erasmus Plus: EMJMD Programme. Immediately upon arrival at the first year institution, the recipient must open a European bank account and forward the account details (including the IBAN number) to the Secretariat using the provided Bank Account Form. In case the student decides to change his/her bank account (e.g. as a result of moving to a different city for the second masters year), he/she will need to provide the corresponding bank account form to the PlantHealth Secretariat. The scholarship is only awarded after the student has signed this agreement and after the student’s official enrolment at the first year host institution. In order to transfer to the scholarship holders, the individual scholarship payments which are centralised by the coordinator (i.e. travel costs, installation costs, monthly living allowances), the hosting Partners shall forward the Coordinator the following documents (scanned copies) as soon as the scholarship holder arrives at the hosting university: o Boarding cards and other travel documents that the scholarship holder may provide. o Proof of enrolment. o Certificate of arrival signed by the local PlantHealth coordinator and the student. o Student agreement signed by the grantee. o European bank account of the student where the funds shall be transferred (official document issued by the bank, clearly stating the bank account details and the name of the account holder).

The funds will not be taken into account for purposes of the Client's Margin Requirement before the funds are booked and at disposal in the Client Account. 6.3 Any withdrawal of Client money outside the Company shall be completed by the Company within three (3) working days from the date of the Client’s withdrawal request, subject to Applicable Law. 6.4 When the Client transfers funds between two Client Accounts held with the Company, the funds are at disposal on the receiving Client Account on the day of the transfer. 6.5 Payments into the Client Account are deposited by the Company on the condition that the Company receives the amount in question. 6.6 The Client understands and accepts that the Client must always supply the Company with complete and correct payment details when providing payment instructions, including IBAN number and BIC code where relevant. When providing payment instructions, the Client shall use the form available on the Website. In the absence of the said information, the Company is not liable for the completion of the transfer, nor for any delays or extra costs arising from the absence of e.g. the IBAN number and/or BIC code. 6.7 The Client acknowledges that the Company cannot be held liable: a) for the number of days passing between the transfer of funds by the sending bank until the funds are received by the Company and booked in the Client Account. b) for the number of days passing between the transfer of funds from the Company once the Company has executed the withdrawal request and tra...
