Common use of Moneys Held by Paying Agent Clause in Contracts

Moneys Held by Paying Agent. In connection with the satisfaction and discharge of this Indenture, all moneys then held by any Paying Agent under the provisions of this Indenture shall, upon written demand of the Issuer, be paid to the Trustee, or if sufficient moneys have been deposited pursuant to Section 9.04, to the Issuer (or, if such moneys had been deposited by the Guarantors, to such Guarantors), and thereupon such Paying Agent shall be released from all further liability with respect to such moneys.

Moneys Held by Paying Agent. In connection with the satisfaction and discharge of this Indenture, all moneys then held by any Paying Agent under the provisions of this Indenture shall, upon written demand of the IssuerCompany, be paid to the Trustee, or if sufficient moneys have been deposited pursuant to Section 9.048.01 hereof, to the Issuer Company (or, if such moneys had been deposited by the Guarantorsa Guarantor, to such GuarantorsGuarantor), and thereupon such Paying Agent shall be released from all further liability with respect to such moneys.

Moneys Held by Paying Agent. In connection with the satisfaction and discharge of this Indenture, all moneys then held by any Paying Agent under the provisions of this Indenture shall, upon written demand of the Issuer, be paid to the Trustee, or if sufficient moneys have been deposited pursuant to Section 9.04, to the Issuer (or, if such moneys had been deposited by the Subsidiary Guarantors, to such Subsidiary Guarantors), and thereupon such Paying Agent shall be released from all further liability with respect to such moneys.

Moneys Held by Paying Agent. In connection with the satisfaction and discharge of this Indenture, all moneys then held by any Paying Agent under the provisions of this Indenture shall, upon written demand of the IssuerCompany, be paid to the Trustee, or if sufficient moneys have been deposited pursuant to Section 9.049.01 hereof, to the Issuer Company (or, if such moneys had been deposited by the GuarantorsGuarantor, to such GuarantorsGuarantor), and thereupon such Paying Agent shall be released from all further liability with respect to such moneys.

In connection with the satisfaction and discharge of this Indenture, all moneys then held by any Paying Agent under the provisions of this Indenture shall, upon written demand of the IssuerCompany, be paid to the Trustee, or if sufficient moneys have been deposited pursuant to Section 9.049.1 hereof, to the Issuer Company (or, if such moneys had been deposited by the Guarantors, to such Guarantors), and thereupon such Paying Agent shall be released from all further liability with respect to such moneys.

In connection with the satisfaction and discharge of this Indenture, all moneys then held by any Paying Agent under the provisions of this Indenture shall, upon written demand of the Issuer, be paid to the Trustee, or if sufficient moneys have been deposited pursuant to Section 9.049.2(a), to the Issuer (or, if such moneys had been deposited by upon a request of the Guarantors, to such Guarantors)Issuer, and thereupon such the Paying Agent shall be released from all further liability with respect to such moneys.

In connection with the satisfaction and discharge of this Indenture, all moneys then held by any Paying Agent under the provisions of this Indenture shall, upon written demand of the IssuerCompany, be paid to the Trustee, or if sufficient moneys have been deposited pursuant to Section 9.049.01 hereof, to the Issuer Company upon an Company Request (or, if such moneys had been deposited by the any Guarantors, to such Guarantors), and thereupon such Paying Agent shall be released from all further liability with respect to such moneys.

In connection with the satisfaction and discharge of this Indenture, all moneys then held by any Paying Agent under the provisions of this Indenture shall, upon written demand of the Issuer, be paid to the Trustee, or if sufficient moneys have been deposited pursuant to Section 9.049.4 hereof, to the Issuer (or, if such moneys had been deposited by the any Guarantors, to such Guarantors), and thereupon such Paying 103 Agent shall be released from all further liability with respect to such moneys.

Moneys Held by Paying Agent. In connection with the satisfaction and discharge of this Indenture, all moneys then held by any Paying Agent under the provisions of this Indenture shall, upon written demand of the IssuerCompany, be paid to the Trustee, or if sufficient moneys have been deposited pursuant to Section 9.049.02(1), to the Issuer Company upon a written request of the Company (or, if such moneys had been deposited by the Guarantors, to such Guarantors), and thereupon such Paying Agent shall be released from all further liability with respect to such moneys.

Moneys Held by Paying Agent. In connection with the satisfaction and discharge of this Indenture, all moneys then held by any Paying Agent under the provisions of this Indenture shall, upon written demand of the IssuerCompany, be paid to the Trustee, or if sufficient moneys have been deposited pursuant to Section 9.0410.01 hereof, to the Issuer Company upon an Company Request (or, if such moneys had been deposited by the Guarantors, to such Guarantors), and thereupon such Paying Agent shall be released from all further liability with respect to such moneys.

Moneys Held by Paying Agent. In connection with the satisfaction and discharge of this Indenture, all moneys then held by any Paying Agent under the provisions of this Indenture shall, upon written demand of the Issuer, be paid to the Note Trustee, or if sufficient moneys have been deposited pursuant to Section 9.04, to the Issuer (or, if such moneys had been deposited by the Guarantors, to such Guarantors), and thereupon such Paying Agent shall be released from all further liability with respect to such moneys.

Moneys Held by Paying Agent. In connection with the satisfaction and discharge of this Indenture, all moneys then held by any Paying Agent under the provisions of this Indenture shall, upon written demand of the Issuer, be paid to the Trustee, or if sufficient moneys have been deposited pursuant to Section 9.048.04, to the Issuer (or, if such moneys had been deposited by the Co-Issuer or the Guarantors, to such Co-Issuer or Guarantors), and thereupon such Paying Agent shall be released from all further liability with respect to such moneys.

Moneys Held by Paying Agent. In connection with the satisfaction and discharge of this Indenture, all moneys then held by any Paying Agent under 87 -80- the provisions of this Indenture shall, upon written demand of the IssuerCompany, be paid to the Trustee, or if sufficient moneys have been deposited pursuant to Section 9.049.01 hereof, to the Issuer Company (or, if such moneys had been deposited by the Guarantors, to such Guarantors), and thereupon such Paying Agent shall be released from all further liability with respect to such moneys.
