Monitoring/Audit. At any time during the term of this Contract, the A3SSA may at its discretion conduct on-site reviews between the hours of 8 am to 5 pm on weekdays or desk reviews of the Service Provider’s facility and program and fiscal records to monitor the quality of services provided and compliance with this Contract’s requirements.
