Monitoring of Programs. Monitoring the quality of the programs is important. A plan to accomplish this shall be developed and subsequently implemented. Such plan will be discussed with the BTA prior to implementation. The plan will include having a written description of the way each activity is to function, including the anticipated numbers of meetings; the number of students involved; the kinds of activities to be carried out; a job description for the person acting as advisor; a procedure for evaluating the success of the activity according to yearly plans drawn by the sponsor and approved by the principal.
