Monitoring the Services Security and Privacy. a. Theft of Service: You affirm and agree that any unauthorized receipt of the DE Fastlink Service constitutes a definitive theft of service. Theft of Service is in full violation of federal laws and may result in both criminal, civil and/or both penalties. Further if the any such violations are purposeful, knowingly undertaken, willful and for either or both private financial gain or commercial advantage any and all such penalties may be increased.
