Month Personnel. The employee portion of insurance premium deductions of Educational Support Personnel will be deducted in twenty-four (24) installments. A schedule outlining the insurance premium deductions for the year will be detailed in the Payroll Schedule document. Any premium deducted but not needed for coverage will be refunded to the applicable individual. Bay District Schools reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to the deduction amount.
Month Personnel. Instructional personnel who are employed on a twelve (12) month contract may accumulate vacation as follows:
Month Personnel. The in-school work year for teachers employed on a ten month basis shall not exceed 184 days.
Month Personnel. The in-school work year of members employed on a twelve (12) month basis shall not exceed two hundred six (206) days.
Month Personnel. The work year for secretaries employed on a twelve (12) month basis shall be July 1 to June 30, which shall include holidays and vacation time.

The in-school work year for members employed on a ten (10) month basis (other than new personnel who will be required to attend an additional three(3) day of orientation) shall not exceed one hundred eighty-six (186) days(189 days for new staff), including snow days. For each month of service the member shall receive 10% of his/her annual ten month salary. For months when a member works less days than those listed on the school calendar the following formula shall be used: Pay for those days Annual Salary The Actual Number shall be computed 186 X of days worked Pursuant to the foregoing, the in-school work year shall consist of 186 days. These days are delineated in the district's official school calendar as follows: 184 scheduled student days plus two (2) days (186 days) prior to the start of the student school year. In addition, all newly hired teaching staff will be required to attend two(3) additional days of in-service orientation at the beginning of his/her first year of service, for a total of 189 days.
Month Personnel. 6:1-1.1 The in-school work year for employees employed on a ten (10) month basis (other than personnel newly hired to the district who may be required to attend additional days for orientation prior to the beginning of the student school year) shall not exceed one hundred eighty-five (185) days, with no more than one hundred eighty-two (182) days of student contact.
Month Personnel. 1. The first day of the in-school work year shall commence no earlier than September 1, and the last day shall be no later than June 30 of each school year. The school year shall consist of one hundred eight-one (181) student days and four (4) non-student days. The Board may convert a student day to a non-student day.

The in-school work year for members employed on a ten (10) month basis are delineated in the district’s official calendar as follows: One hundred eighty (180) scheduled student days plus three (3) days for a total of one hundred eighty-three (183) days. In addition, all newly hired teaching staff will be required to attend four (4) additional days of in-service orientation at the beginning of his/her first year of service, for a total of one hundred eighty-seven (187) days, exclusive of emergency closings. For each month of service the member shall receive ten percent (10%) of his/her annual ten month salary. For months when a member works fewer days than those listed on the school calendar the following formula shall be used: Pay for those days shall be computed: Annual salary/186 multiplied by the Actual Number of days worked.
Month Personnel. The in-school work year of teachers employed on an eleven-month (11) basis shall not exceed two hundred five (205) days. Whenever any member of the bargaining unit is required to complete any work which is customary and which should have been reasonably anticipated to be completed prior to the close of the school year, the member shall complete such work even if the completion of said work shall require the member to remain beyond the aforementioned 205 day period.
