Monthly Management Fee. Owner agrees to pay to Manager all of Manager's reimbursable expenses for the preceding month together with a fee (the "MONTHLY MANAGEMENT FEE") computed and payable monthly in arrears in an amount equal to four percent (4%) of the Monthly Gross Collections of the Project. The Monthly Management Fee will be due and payable on or before the tenth (10th) day after Owner's receipt of an invoice from Manager with respect to and showing the amount of Monthly Gross Collections received, if any, during the immediately preceding month.
Monthly Management Fee. Beginning with the first full month following the Commencement Date ("Month One") and continuing monthly thereafter, Manager shall disburse to itself, from the Operating Account, on or after the twenty-fifth (25th) calendar day of the month: (I) the Reimbursable Expenditures made during the preceding month; (2) the Monthly Management Fee (as defined in Exhibit B) earned for the preceding month; and (3) the applicable and earned Incentive Fee (as defined in Exhibit B) earned hxxxxxxxx. If the Commencement Date occurs on a day other than the first day of the calendar month, the Monthly Management Fee shall be prorated on a per diem basis for such month. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, Owner acknowledges and agrees, that the Monthly Gross Revenues used to calculate the Monthly Management Fee for Month One, shall include any pre-paid rents on hand as of the Commencement Date.

Monthly Management Fee. Manager shall be paid the greater of $100.00 per month per unit or 8% of the gross rent per month for managing the Property.
Monthly Management Fee. During each month of this Agreement, Operator shall pay Manager a fee in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the gross revenue of the Facility computed in accordance with GAAP (the “Management Fee”). The Management Fee for each month shall be payable within five (5) days following the delivery to Manager of the monthly financial report required pursuant to Section 1.01 for such month. Any Management Fee or portion thereof not paid within ten (10) days following the date it was due shall be considered late and accrue interest at the simple rate of eight percent (8%) per annum.

Monthly Management Fee. Owner agrees to pay to Property Manager a fee (the "Monthly Management Fee") computed and payable monthly in arrears in an amount equal to one-half percent (0.50%)of Monthly Gross Collections from each Property. The Monthly Management Fee and the Construction Management Fee (hereinafter defined) shall be the sole and exclusive compensation for the Property Manager under this Agreement; provided that the payment of such fee will not affect Owner's obligation to pay any fees due to Property Manager under the Other Agreement. The Monthly Management Fee for a given month shall be paid to the Property Manager by the 20th day of the month following the month in which it accrued provided that the Owner shall have received a calculation of the Monthly Gross Collections by the 15th day of such month. If the Monthly Gross Collections are not sufficient to pay all or any portion of the Monthly Management Fee, Owner shall pay the Property Manager the unpaid amount of such Monthly Management Fee within ten (10) days of receipt of the Property Manager's statement therefor.

Monthly Management Fee. C&C agrees to pay to BCG in cash a monthly fee (the “Monthly Management Fee”) in advance on the first day of each month during the term of this Agreement. The initial Monthly Management Fee for the remainder of calendar year 2009 beginning on February 1, 2009 shall be $75,000.00. Beginning January 1, 2010 and on January 1 in each succeeding year of the term hereof, the Monthly Management Fee shall be adjusted as hereinafter set forth. If four percent (4%) of C&C’s annual net sales (the “4% Sales”) for any calendar year (or, with respect to the first and last years of the term of this Agreement, the portion of such calendar year) during the term of this Agreement, shall exceed the aggregate Monthly Management Fees paid hereunder with respect to such calendar year (or portion thereof), C&C will immediately pay to BCG in cash the amount by which such 4% Sales exceeds such aggregate Monthly Management Fees paid with respect to such calendar year (or portion thereof). For each successive calendar year of the term hereof beginning January 1, 2010, the Monthly Management Fee shall be adjusted to the greater of (i) one-twelfth of the 4% Sales for the prior calendar year (or prorated portion thereof), or (ii) $75,000.00, as adjusted upward (but never downward) by any percentage increase in the Consumer Price Index for Urban Consumers in the Raleigh, North Carolina metropolitan area, as published by the Bureau of Labor Statistics of the U.S. Department of Commerce (the “Index”), as of December of the prior calendar year over the Index for December in the calendar year immediately preceding such prior year.
