Monthly Sales Reports. Licensee shall mail or e-mail to Licensor monthly sales reports for each Store and Shop which sets forth sales and returns for each category of Kors Products.

As soon as available and in any event within the time period set forth in the chart above, Borrower shall deliver to Lender a report of all Home and Lots sales and closings during the previous Calendar Month and on a cumulative basis since inception for each Project financed hereunder, which report shall be prepared and delivered by Borrower, shall be in form and substance satisfactory to Lender, shall be certified as true and correct on behalf of Borrower by the chief financial officer of Borrower and, upon request of Lender, shall be supported by settlement statements relating to each Lot or Home sale.

(iv) The number of Units of Product in inventory at its distribution facilities;
(v) Market share data and share of voice data (including competitors).
Monthly Sales Reports. For the term of this Agreement, no less than monthly, DELTA shall provide DYNASIG with a report of sales solicited by each Sales Agent of the Products during the previous month and identify sales prospects, all in a format approved by DYNASIG.
