Common use of Monthly Transport Facility Fee Clause in Contracts

Monthly Transport Facility Fee. To the extent Network Provider has Transport Facilities Permitted from the Network Nodes in the Public Right-of-Way it shall pay the City in accordance with the Ch. 284, Sec. 284.055 (b) a monthly Transport Facilities fee on a quarterly basis as set out below in Sec. 5.3.3, which begins accruing when the permit is issued and is on the same quarterly access line schedule for quarterly calendar period covered and quarterly payment schedule as in Chapter 283 of the Local Gov. Code. Except as provided for in this Agreement, the Monthly Transport Facility Fee is non-refundable
