Common use of More Favourable Rate or Condition Clause in Contracts

More Favourable Rate or Condition. No Employee who is at present receiving a more favourable rate or condition than is specified herein shall incur a reduction in such rate or condition unless a reduction in such rate or condition was negotiated.
