More than one Counterpart Sample Clauses

More than one Counterpart. This Clause sets out how the Agreement can be executed in counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in more than one counterpart, which together constitute one agreement. When each signatory to this agreement has executed at least one part of it, it will be as effective as if all the signatories to it had executed all of the counterparts. Each counterpart Agreement will be treated as an original.

More than one Counterpart. This Clause sets out how the Agreement can be executed in counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which will constitute an original, but which will together constitute one agreement. This Agreement will not be effective until each party has executed at least one counterpart. The term “counterpart” includes a facsimile or scanned copy of this Agreement.
