Common use of Mortgage Amendments Clause in Contracts

Mortgage Amendments. The Administrative Agent shall have received a amendments to the Mortgages, which shall be in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Mortgage Amendments. The Administrative Agent shall have received a duly executed amendments and/or restatements to the MortgagesSecurity Instruments, which shall be in form and substance satisfactory acceptable to it, to evidence of record the change in Administrative AgentAgent evidenced by the Resignation and Appointment Agreement and this Amendment.
