Mortgage Loan Schedule. The information pertaining to each Mortgage Loan which is set forth in the Mortgage Loan Schedule attached as an exhibit to this Agreement is true and correct in all material respects as of the Cut-off Date and contains all information required by the Pooling and Servicing Agreement to be contained therein.
Mortgage Loan Schedule. The information pertaining to each Mortgage Loan which is set forth in the Mortgage Loan Schedule attached as Exhibit A is true and correct in all material respects as of the Cut-off Date and contains all information required by the Pooling and Servicing Agreement to be contained therein.
Mortgage Loan Schedule. The Purchaser and the Seller have agreed upon which of the mortgage loans owned by the Seller are to be purchased by the Purchaser pursuant to this Agreement and the Seller will prepare or cause to be prepared on or prior to the Closing Date a final schedule (the “Closing Schedule”) that shall describe such Mortgage Loans and set forth all of the Mortgage Loans to be purchased under this Agreement, including the Prepayment Charges. The Closing Schedule will conform to the requirements set forth in this Agreement and to the definition of “Mortgage Loan Schedule” under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.
Mortgage Loan Schedule. The Purchaser and the Seller have agreed upon which of the mortgage loans owned by the Seller are to be purchased by the Purchaser pursuant to this Agreement on the Closing Date and the Seller shall prepare or cause to be prepared on or prior to the Closing Date a final schedule (the “Closing Schedule”) that shall describe such Mortgage Loans and set forth all of the Mortgage Loans to be purchased under this Agreement. The Closing Schedule shall conform to the requirements set forth in this Agreement and to the definition of “Mortgage Loan Schedule” under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement. The Closing Schedule shall be the Mortgage Loan Schedule under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.
Mortgage Loan Schedule. The Seller shall deliver the Mortgage Loan Schedule (which will be annexed to the related PPTL) to the Purchaser at least two (2) Business Days prior to the related Closing Date.
Mortgage Loan Schedule. The Purchaser and the Seller have agreed upon which of the mortgage loans owned by the Seller are to be purchased by the Purchaser pursuant to this Agreement and the Seller will prepare or cause to be prepared on or prior to the Closing Date a final schedule (the “Closing Schedule”) that together shall describe such Mortgage Loans and set forth all of the Mortgage Loans to be purchased under this Agreement. The Closing Schedule will conform to the requirements set forth in this Agreement and to the definition of “Mortgage Loan Schedule” under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement. The Closing Schedule shall be used as the Mortgage Loan Schedule under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement and shall be prepared by the Seller based on information provided by the Originators.
Mortgage Loan Schedule. The Seller from time to time shall provide the Purchaser with certain information constituting a preliminary listing of the Mortgage Loans to be purchased on each Closing Date in accordance with the related Purchase Price and Terms Agreement and this Agreement (each, a "Preliminary Mortgage Schedule"). The Seller shall deliver the related Mortgage Loan Schedule for the Mortgage Loans to be purchased on a particular Closing Date to the Purchaser at least five (5) Business Days prior to the related Closing Date. The related Mortgage Loan Schedule shall be the related Preliminary Mortgage Schedule with those Mortgage Loans which have not been funded prior to the related Closing Date deleted.
Mortgage Loan Schedule. The Seller has provided to the Purchaser a schedule setting forth all of the Mortgage Loans to be purchased on the Closing Date under this Agreement, which shall be attached hereto as Schedule I (the "Mortgage Loan Schedule").
Mortgage Loan Schedule. Attached to this Agreement as Schedule 1 is a listing of the Mortgage Loans evidenced by promissory notes, mortgage notes or other evidence of indebtedness (the "Mortgage Notes") evidencing the indebtedness of an obligor (the "Mortgagor") under the mortgages, deeds of trust or other instruments securing a Mortgage Loan (the "Mortgages") to be purchased by and delivered to the Purchaser on the Closing Date (as such may be amended prior to the Closing Date by mutual agreement of the parties) (the "Mortgage Loan Schedule"). The "Mortgage Loan Schedule" as of the Closing Date shall refer to the Mortgage Loan Schedule as delivered on the Cut-Off Date related to such Mortgage Loans to be purchased by or on behalf of the Purchaser pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. The Mortgage Loan Schedule shall contain as to each Mortgage Loan listed thereon, at a minimum, the Mortgage Loan information indicated on Schedule 2 hereto.
