Mortgage registration evidence that the Mortgage in respect of each of the Collateral Ships has been registered against such Collateral Ship through the relevant Registry under the laws and flag of the relevant Flag State;

Mortgage registration evidence that the Mortgage in respect of the Ship relevant to such Delivery Advance has been registered against such Ship through the relevant Registry under the laws and flag of the relevant Flag State;

Mortgage registration evidence that the Mortgage over the Ship relevant to such Advance has been permanently or (as the case may be) provisionally registered against such Ship under the laws and flag of the relevant Flag State through the relevant Registry;
