Mortgagor. The obligor on a Mortgage Note. ---------
Mortgagor. The obligor on a Mortgage Note and their successors in title to the Mortgage Property.
Mortgagor. The obligor on a Mortgage Note, who is an owner of the Mortgaged Property and the grantor or mortgagor named in the Mortgage and such grantor’s or mortgagor’s successors in title to the Mortgaged Property.
Mortgagor. Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, as used in this Mortgage, “Mortgagor” means the Mortgagors named in the Preamble of this Mortgage. The obligations of Mortgagor hereunder shall be joint and several. If any Mortgagor, or any signatory who signs on behalf of any Mortgagor, is a corporation, partnership or other legal entity, Mortgagor and any such signatory, and the person or persons signing for it, represent and warrant to Mortgagee that this instrument is executed, acknowledged and delivered by Mortgagor’s duly authorized representatives. If Mortgagor is an individual, no power of attorney granted by Mortgagor herein shall terminate on Mortgagor’s disability.
Mortgagor. (i) shall fail to perform when due any payment obligation under the terms of this Mortgage or the other Relevant Documents within ten days after such amount becomes due, or (ii) shall be in violation of any of the obligations or covenants contained herein or therein and such default shall continued unremedied for a period of thirty (30) days, provided that if such default is not readily susceptible of cure in such thirty (30) day period, and provided that Mortgagor proceeds in a diligent manner to cure such default, Mortgagor shall have such additional time to effect such cure as shall be reasonably necessary to effect such cure;
MortgagorThe mortgagor, grantor of security deeds, grantor of trust deeds and deeds of trust, and the grantor of any Mortgage.
MortgagorThe term ‘‘mortgagor’’ means the obligor, grantor, or trustee named in the mortgage agreement and, unless the context otherwise indicates, includes the current owner of record of the security property whether or not such owner is personally liable on the mortgage debt.

Mortgagor. To assure the timely payment of real estate taxes and special assessments (including personal property taxes, if appropriate), upon the occurrence of an Event of Default, Mortgagee shall thence forth have the option to require Mortgagor to deposit funds with Mortgagee, in monthly or other periodic installments in amounts reasonably estimated by Mortgagee from time to time sufficient to pay real estate taxes and special assessments as they become due. If at any time the funds so held by Mortgagee shall be insufficient to pay any of said expenses, Mortgagor shall, upon receipt of notice thereof, immediately deposit such additional funds as may be necessary to remove the deficiency. All funds so deposited shall be irrevocably appropriated to Mortgagee to be applied to the payment of such real estate taxes and special assessments and, at the option of Mortgagee after default, the Indebtedness.
