MOTOR VEHICLE REGULATIONS. (1) All motor vehicle parking stalls, loading stalls and manoeuvring areasshall be located entirely on the same lot as the principal land use they serve except as provided by caveated parking, shared parking or shared maneuvering area as prescribed in subpart 1F.6 of Chapter 1.

MOTOR VEHICLE REGULATIONS. No vehicle shall be operated on the Airport without a written approval of Tibah and in a careless or negligent manner or in disregard to the rights and safety of others, or without due caution or circumspection, or at a speed or in a manner which endangers unreasonably or is likely to endanger unreasonably persons or property, or while the driver thereof is under the influence of any intoxicating substance or any narcotic or habit-forming drug, or if such vehicle is so constructed, equipped, or loaded as to unreasonably endanger or be likely to unreasonably endanger persons or property. All vehicles shall be operated in compliance with the provisions of the airport security plan. All vehicles, other than for temporary use/purpose, operating at PMIA Airport Operator Aerodrome (AOA) shall be equipped with Tibah’s Vehicle Tracking System prior to entering airside. No motorized vehicle shall be operated on the Airport unless the driver thereof is duly licensed by Tibah to operate such vehicle. No vehicle shall be operated on the Airport at a speed in excess of the announced speed limits. No person shall park a vehicle or permit the same to remain on the Airport except at such places and for such periods of time as may be prescribed or permitted by Tibah. Tibah shall have the authority to impound, tow or otherwise move motor vehicles which are parked by their owners or operators on the Airport in violation of this Agreement and related regulations. The expense of such towing or other movement shall be borne by the owner or Operator, and Tibah shall have no liability for damage to vehicle in the course of such movement. In addition, the owners and Operators shall also pay the applicable fines to relevant authorities or to Tibah as the case may be for such violations. The driver of any vehicle involved in an accident on the Airport shall immediately make a complete report in writing to the safety department of Tibah through the apron controllers on duty contact details of which are provided in Schedule 4 hereunder. In case the Operator intends to take any of its vehicle/equipment (Motorized Vehicles) out of the airport, Tibah (Safety Department) shall be coordinated, and Tibah approval shall be obtained in advanced.

  • EXPORT REGULATIONS Licensee agrees and accepts that Software may be subject to import and export laws of any country, including those of the European Union and United States (specifically the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)). Licensee acknowledges that it is not a citizen, national, or resident of, and is not under control of the governments of Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan or Syria and is not otherwise a restricted end-user as defined by applicable export control laws. Further, Licensee acknowledges that it will not download or otherwise export or re-export Software or any related technical data directly or indirectly to the above-mentioned countries or to citizens, nationals, or residents of those countries, or to any other restricted end user or for any restricted end-use.

  • Compliance with Regulations The Contractor (hereinafter includes consultants) will comply with the Acts and the Regulations relative to Nondiscrimination in Federally-assisted programs of the U.S. Department of Transportation, the Federal Highway Administration, as they may be amended from time to time, which are herein incorporated by reference and made a part of this Contract.

  • Export Control Regulations Buyer understands that Seller and the Goods are subject to the United States Export Administration Act, the Trading with the Enemy Act, the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (in the case of Goods that are considered defense articles), and other laws and regulations of the United States of America (collectively, the “Regulations”), which Regulations are enforced, inter alia, by the United States Departments of Commerce, State and Treasury. The Regulations, in part, prohibit export or diversion of the Goods to certain countries. Xxxxx agrees to abide by all Regulations, including those concerning the resale and disposition of the Goods. Buyer warrants that it will not sell, transfer or support, directly or indirectly, or assist in any sale or transfer of any products or product technology in countries or to users concerning which such sale, transfer or support is not permitted under applicable Regulations. Buyer shall defend, hold harmless and indemnify Seller for any damages resulting to Seller from a breach of this paragraph by Xxxxx.

  • Compliance with Texas Privacy Laws and Regulations In performing their respective obligations under the Agreement, the LEA and the Provider shall comply with all Texas laws and regulations pertaining to LEA data privacy and confidentiality, including but not limited to the Texas Education Code Chapter 32, and Texas Government Code Chapter 560.

  • Compliance with Federal Law, Regulations, and Executive Orders This is an acknowledgement that FEMA financial assistance will be used to fund the contract only. The contractor will comply will all applicable federal law, regulations, executive orders, FEMA policies, procedures, and directives.
