She deposited Rs.86,250/- on account of Development charges and Building plan charges on 14- 11-2014. The case was placed before the Board and the Board vide CBR No: 120 (3) dated 21- 01-2015 compounded the offence of unauthorized construction on payment of composition fee viz Rs.1,20,660/- (@ 5% of the total cost of unauthorized construction) but she did not deposit the same and submitted an application to DML&C RHQ Rawalpindi for exemption of above said composition fee being widow of Ex-RCB employee (Chief Sanitary Supdt.) All connected papers are placed before the Board for consideration and appropriate decision as deemed fit. RESOLUTION: Considered. The successful firm shall, during the course of the contract and until completion thereof, provide and maintain the minimum coverages identified in the attached Insurance Requirements and provide Certificates of Insurance listing the Town of Erie as additional insured. Refer to the Agreement Exhibit for insurance limit requirements.
MST. Variable xxxx requests received after the business day cut off time or at any time on a non-business day will be processed on the nest business day. SSB reserves its right to change the cut-off time by giving you notice if it changes. FOR RECURRING PAYMENT REQUESTS, IF YOU DESIGNATE A PROCESSING DATE OF THE 28TH THROUGH THE 31ST OF A MONTH, PROCESSING WILL BE INITIATED ON THE LAST CALENDAR DAY OF THE MONTH. Otherwise, recurring payment requests will be processed on the date you have designated, unless such date falls on a non-business day resulting in your payment being processed on the next business day. YOU MUST ALLOW AT LEAST SEVEN (7) BUSINESS DAYS FOR EACH XXXX PAYMENT TO REACH THE MERCHANT. (IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SUBSCRIBER TO SCHEDULE/ACTIVATE RECURRING PAYMENTS). Any Xxxx Payment can be changed or canceled, provided you access the Service prior to the cut-off time on the business day prior to the business day the Xxxx Payment is going to be initiated.
MST. If the Credit Union is unable to executive your requested transfer on the same Business Day, or if your request for a Standard transfer is received by the Credit Union on a day that is not a Business Day, or on a Business Day after the established cut-off hour, we will not process your request until the next Business Day. Our Business Days are Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays. We may change your transfer limits at any time. Any decrease will be subject to notice, as required by law, but you agree that we may reduce your limits without prior notice upon occurrence of a Disqualifying Event, including: (i) any of your Credit Union accounts are not current or are not in good standing, (ii) you have had an overdraft, an over-limit item, or an item returned for insufficient funds with respect to any Credit Union account during the current or three prior calendar months, or (iii) you have had any prior transfer to or from a non-Credit Union account canceled, revoked, or uncompleted due to insufficient funds, revoked authorization, stopped payments, frozen accounts, or any similar reason.
