Mt Coffee M&E Framework. Unless MCC agrees otherwise in writing, no later than ninety (90) days after the Compact enters into force as provided in Article 7 of the Compact, LEC will develop and implement a plan that will serve as the primary governing document for monitoring and evaluation activities for the Mt. Coffee Activities (the “Mt. Coffee M&E Framework”) over the Compact Term. The Mt. Coffee M&E Framework will be captured in the M&E Plan described in Section 2.3. The Mt. Coffee M&E Framework will be developed, implemented and updated in accordance with the MCC Policy for Monitoring and Evaluation of Compacts and Threshold Programs. Pursuant to the Mt. Coffee M&E Framework, LEC will provide data about its network, maintenance efforts and expenditures, current tariff, and customer connections; and the PIU will provide data related to the financial condition of the Mt. Coffee Activities, temporary employment generated by the rehabilitation of MCHPP and outputs produced to-date. LEC and the PIU will also participate in independent data quality review and evaluation efforts.

  • Start-Up and Synchronization Consistent with the mutually acceptable procedures of the Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner, the Developer is responsible for the proper synchronization of the Large Generating Facility to the New York State Transmission System in accordance with NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner procedures and requirements.

  • Construction Progress Schedule A schedule indicating proposed activity sequences and durations, milestone dates for receipt and approval of pertinent information, preparation, submittal, and processing of Shop Drawings and Samples, delivery of materials or equipment requiring long-lead time procurement, and proposed date(s) of Material Completion and Occupancy and Final Completion. The schedule will be developed to represent the sixteen or seventeen CSI Specification Divisions. It shall have a minimum number of activities as required to adequately represent to Owner the complete scope of work and define the Project’s critical path and associated activities. If the Project is to be phased, then each individual Phase should be identified from start through completion of the overall Project and should be individually scheduled and described, including any Owner’s occupancy requirements and showing portions of the Project having occupancy priority. The format of the schedule will have dependencies indicated on a monthly grid identifying milestone dates such as construction start, phase construction, structural top out, dry-in, rough-in completion, metal stud and drywall completion, equipment installation, systems operational, Material Completion and Occupancy Date, final inspection dates, Punchlist, and Final Completion date.

  • Quality Management System Supplier hereby undertakes, warrants and confirms, and will ensue same for its subcontractors, to remain certified in accordance with ISO 9001 standard or equivalent. At any time during the term of this Agreement, the Supplier shall, if so instructed by ISR, provide evidence of such certifications. In any event, Supplier must notify ISR, in writing, in the event said certification is suspended and/or canceled and/or not continued.

  • Technology Access Fee After the Effective Date, within [***] days after receipt of the corresponding invoice from Mersana, Merck will pay to Mersana, a one-time, non-refundable, non-creditable, upfront fee of Twelve Million Dollars ($12,000,000.00) (the “Technology Access Fee”). Such names may not be activated in the DNS, and may not be released for registration to any person or entity other than Registry Operator. Upon conclusion of Registry Operator’s designation as operator of the registry for the TLD, all such names withheld from registration or allocated to Registry Operator shall be transferred as specified by ICANN. Registry Operator may self-­‐allocate and renew such names without use of an ICANN accredited registrar, which will not be considered Transactions for purposes of Section 6.1 of the Agreement.
