It wiII be aIigned with the LHIN’ç then current integrated heaIth çervice pIan required by LHSIA and wiII reflect IocaI LHIN prioritieç and initiativeç. If the LHIN haç provided muIti-year pIanning targetç for the HSP, the PIanning Submiççion wiII reflect the pIanning targetç.
