Multiple Buildings. If the Premises are part of a group of buildings controlled by Lessor, Lessee agrees that it will abide by, keep and observe all reasonable rules and regulations which Lessor may make from time to time for the management, safety, care, and cleanliness of the grounds, the parking and unloading of vehicles and the preservation of good order, as well as for the convenience of other occupants or tenants of such other buildings and their invitees, and that Lessee will pay its fair share of common expenses incurred in connection therewith.

If the Premises are a part of a group of buildings controlled by Lessor, Lessee agrees that it will observe all reasonable rules and regulations which Lessor may make from time to time for the management, safety, and care of said properties, including the case and cleanliness of the grounds and including the parking, loading and unloading of vehicles, an that Lessee will pay its fair share of common expenses incurred in connection therewith. 41 SECURITY MEASURES. Lessee hereby acknowledges that the rental payable to Lessor hereunder does not include the cost of guard service or other security measures, and that Lessor shall have no obligation whatsoever to provide same. Lessee assumes all responsibility for the protection of the Premises, Lessee, its agents and invitees and their property from the acts of third parties.

If the Premises are a part of a group of building controlled by Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx agrees that it will abide by and conform to all reasonable rules and regulations which Lessor may make from time to time for the management, safety, and care of said properties, including the care and cleanliness of the grounds and including the parking, loading and unloading of vehicles, and to cause its employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees to so abide and conform. Xxxxxx also agrees to pay its fair share of common expenses incurred in connection with such rules and regulations.

Multiple Buildings. Landlord and Tenant acknowledge that it is Landlord's current intention to cause the ownership of all of the Buildings to be held by the same entity. If, however, at any time during the New Expansion Term or any Option Term, Landlord determines to separate ownership of the Buildings or to separately finance the Buildings (where the lender requires separate documentation), Tenant agrees to promptly after request from Landlord, execute commercially reasonable documents in order to separate Tenant's lease of such building(s) of the Premises from the remaining building(s) of the Premises. Any such documentation shall be on the exact same terms as specified in the Lease (as amended) but as applicable to the relevant portion of the Premises.
Multiple Buildings. Proximate buildings or structures that have similarly constructed units are treated as part of the same project if the same person owns them for Federal tax purposes by the same person and if the buildings are financed pursuant to a common plan. Buildings are proximate if they are located on a single tract of land. The term “tract” means any parcel or parcels of land that are contiguous except for the interposition of a road, street, stream or similar property. Otherwise, parcels are contiguous if their boundaries meet at one or more points. A common plan of financing exists if, for example, all such buildings are provided by the same issue or several issues subject to a common indenture. Multiple Buildings. If the Contractor is performing work on multiple Sites pursuant to a bid package awarded by the Owner, the parties agree that this Contract shall be deemed to be a separate Contract for each individual Building and Site, and individually governed by the terms, conditions and provisions herein.

Upon the completion of the second planned building as indicated on Exhibit A, Lessor shall have the option to combine the Building Operating Expenses, as defined herein, of the two buildings for the purposes of calculating the Operating Expense Adjustment, if combining the Building Operating Expenses results in a lower operating expense for Lessee on a per Rentable Square Foot basis.
