Common use of MULTIPLE OCCUPANCY Clause in Contracts

MULTIPLE OCCUPANCY. It is expressly understood that this agreement is between the Owner and all signatories, jointly and severally. In the event of default by any one signatory each and every remaining signatory shall be responsible for timely payment of their own portion of rent and all other provisions of this agreement. Service of any notice or demands upon one Resident shall constitute notice to each other Resident in said Premises unless otherwise indicated by Owner. It is understood that tenant(s) shall be responsible to pay for the electric and gas of each individual apartment.
