Music and Noise. Not play any musical instrument, music player, radio or television or cause or permit any undue loud noise to take place in the Property so as to cause disturbance annoyance or inconvenience to the occupiers or owners of any neighbouring adjoining or adjacent property or so as to be audible outside the Property between the hours of 11.00 pm to 7.30 am.

Music and Noise. Out of courtesy to guests staying in the surrounding properties and the permanent residents of Xxxxx we have developed a noise policy. Music outside in the gardens is not permitted and we request that if guests are having music inside the property that the doors and windows are kept closed and the music is turned down by 10pm.
Music and Noise. 5.1 Before and during an event, certain measures are required to be taken which the Hortus Botanicus Amsterdam find necessary in regards to the noise volume in the various venues. A noise level of more than 80 decibel is not allowed. 5.2 Amplified music is only allowed after written confirmation by the Hortus Botanicus Amsterdam and only for the described part of the program. 5.3 Windows and outside doors are supposed to be locked when sound amplification equipment is being used. After 22.00 hrs outside doors of the Palmenkas and the Oranjerie need to be closed. Walking in and out is allowed. 5.4 Music, in any form, is only allowed indoors. 5.5 The renter is required to see to it that within the gates of the Hortus Botanicus Amsterdam, and when entering or leaving the premises, no inconvenience or an trouble is caused to the surrounding neighbours. At 01:00 hrs, the last guest is required to have the premises. 5.6 Immediately after the ending of a gathering or event, the rented venues are required to be cleared out within the agreed upon renting period. This also includes the removal of all the material that the renter has used, like boxes, information forms etc. 5.7 The renter is responsible for the necessary agreements and payments regarding music rights to Xxxx/stemra and or any similar organisation, and with this the Hortus Botanicus Amsterdam cannot not be held accountable for any music registration rights taken place during the event.

This is to allow time for cleaning and packing of Hirer’s goods so as the premises can be vacated by 2am (morning). 10.3 The volume of music must be controlled in the interests of nearby residents, and must cease no later than 12 midnight in the case of a weekend evening booking of the hall. The volume of music played shall be no greater than that which would breach the Environment Protection Act 1993 and the Environment Protection (Noise) Policy 2007.

Music and Noise. 4.1 Music and noise levels must be kept at a reasonable level. 4.2 The Hirer will be liable for any monetary cost arising from complaints regarding noise. 4.3 Music must be turned off by 11.30 pm.
Music and Noise. 9.1 If the Hirer wishes to play live or recorded music at their Event then this should be requested at the time of confirmation, with a final detailed agreement made with the Gallery at least one month prior to the Event. 9.2 Amplified music is not permitted in the Café/Bar or Gallery 3, unless it is low-level background music, and this is at the discretion of the Gallery. 9.3 No music, amplified or live, is permitted anywhere in the building after 23:00 unless agreed with the Events Manager at least two months in advance of the Event. 9.4 Noise levels, whether from music or otherwise, must be fair and reasonable and will be monitored by the Gallery. The Hirer and their staff and sub-contractors will abide by the reasonable request of the Gallery in this respect and assist in bringing noise levels to reasonable levels. The Gallery reserves the right to cut music if it is played outside of these parameters.
Music and Noise. Music and noise must remain controlled so as not to disturb other users of Island Camp as well as surrounding homes/neighbors and must comply with the Contra Costa County noise ordinance rules. If the event is viewed in any way as “disturbing the peace,” or constituting a nuisance, the Facility User will be asked to turn the music/noise level down. Live musicians, disc jockeys, sound equipment, and speakers must be confined to Island Camp, including the exterior patios and pool area. All music must be turned off by 10:00 p.m.
