Mutual Release Agreement. To Whom It May Concern: I/We as a condition of my/our enrollment in eHome online Homebuyer Education:
Mutual Release Agreement. This Agreement (and the documents referred to herein) constitute the entire agreement between and among the parties pertaining to the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations and understandings of the parties in connection with the transactions contemplated thereby. No supplement, modification or amendment of this Agreement shall be binding unless executed in writing by all of the parties.
Mutual Release Agreement. A duly signed mutual release agreement with lessor’s company chop affixed for EDI China to early terminate the lease agreement signed on May 15th, 2010 with the lessor, Shanghai Qingli Plastic Company Limited (上海清力塑料制品有限公司).
Mutual Release Agreement. Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, the undersigned Transaction Consenting Lender agrees, with respect to all claims held, that it shall enter into the Mutual Release Agreement, a form of which is attached as Exhibit 2 hereto (the “Mutual Release Agreement”), which Mutual Release Agreement shall be effective as of the Closing Date.

Mutual Release Agreement. In consideration for Employee continuing as an employee for the period ending at the end of the Termination Date and the execution by Employee of a Mutual Release within ten (10) business days after the Termination Date, the form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A (the “Mutual Release”), the Company shall pay Employee the following lump sum (in addition to the amounts previously required to be paid pursuant to Section l(a) above): (i) the amount of One Hundred Eighty Five Thousand Eight Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($185,850), less applicable withholdings; and (ii) all previously earned but unpaid Bonus Plan Payments as set forth in the Mutual Release (collectively, items (i) and (ii), together with the COBRA lump sum payment set forth in Section l(d) below, being termed the “Supplemental Payment”). The Company shall make this Supplemental Payment to Employee on or before the tenth (10th) business day following the Effective Date of the Mutual Release.
Mutual Release Agreement. At the Closing, Seller and Parent and their Affiliates and certain of their respective officers and directors and Buyer agree to, and Buyer agrees to cause Drs. Xxxxxx and Xxxxxxx to, execute and deliver to each other a Mutual Release Agreement in the form of Exhibit F attached hereto. The Mutual Release Agreement shall provide, among other things, for the mutual release of certain claims arising or accruing prior to the Closing Date and an agreement among the parties not to disparage one another.
Mutual Release Agreement. For and in consideration of (a) the payment to (EXECUTIVE'S NAME) of the payments and benefits pursuant to the Change of Control Severance Agreement between Telemundo Group, Inc. ("Company") and (EXECUTIVE'S NAME) dated September 11, 1997, and (b) the execution of this mutual release agreement by both Company and Executive, with the execution of this agreement by Company and the delivery thereof to (EXECUTIVE'S NAME), occurring within thirty (30) days of (EXECUTIVE'S NAME)`s tender of this agreement to Company, (EXECUTIVE'S NAME), on behalf of himself/herself, his/her heirs, successors and assigns, and Company, on behalf of itself, and as agent for all of its subsidiaries, their agents, employees, officers, directors, successors and assigns, hereby release and forever discharge each other from any and all claims, demands, actions, and causes of action, and all liability whatsoever, whether known or unknown, fixed or contingent, which they have or may have against each other as a result of Executive's employment by and subsequent termination as an employee of the Company. This includes but is not limited to claims at law or equity sounding in contract (express or implied) or tort arising under federal, state, or local laws prohibiting discrimination (including the Age Discrimination in Employment Act and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964) or claims growing out of any legal restrictions on the Company's right to terminate its employees. The Company and the Executive understand that this Agreement does not release their current, future or ongoing obligations under the Change of Control Severance Agreement, specifically including but not limited to cash payments and benefits due the Executive in the case of the Company, and the obligation not to interfere in the case of the Executive. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, without reference to principle of conflict of laws. WE CERTIFY THAT WE HAVE FULLY READ, HAVE RECEIVED AN EXPLANATION OF, HAVE NEGOTIATED AND COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND THE PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, THAT WE HAVE HAD SUFFICIENT TIME AND THE OPPORTUNITY TO SEEK LEGAL ADVICE FROM AN ATTORNEY BEFORE ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT, AND THAT WE ARE SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY, WITHOUT DURESS, COERCION OR UNDUE INFLUENCE.
