My Commission Expires. If written notice of the acceptance of this Bid is mailed or delivered to the undersigned within sixty (60) days after the date of the opening of the bids, or any time thereafter before this bid is withdrawn, the undersigned will, within seven (7) days after the date of such mailing or delivering of such notice, execute and deliver the Contract or Contracts in substantially the form of the Agreement attached hereto.
