N21 SERVICES AND PRODUCTS. A. Premium Memberships and automatic renewal – With respect to Premium Memberships: 1. A Premium Membership is a monthly subscription service and as such renews automatically every month using the Premium Member’s credit card details on file for the Premium Member, and the amount charged to the Premium Member’s credit card depends on the applicable monthly Premium Membership level subscribed to at the time of sign up, and any additional Premium Content or other purchases made by the Premium Member on the Sites. A Premium Member may select to upgrade, downgrade or cancel their Premium Membership at any time on the Sites with the changes taking effect at the end of the current monthly billing cycle subscription period. “Media Credits” are credits allotted to certain Premium Members which give such members the ability to access certain Premium Content; Media Credits are allocated on the first day of each monthly billing cycle subscription period; unused Media Credits may accrue from one billing cycle to the next. 2. Premium Content can only be used during the term of the Premium Membership, and when such Premium Membership is cancelled, access to any current or past Premium Content you accessed shall cease; however, in the event you renew your Premium Membership within 12 months from cancellation, you will again have access to that Premium Content while your Premium Membership is current. 3. Premium Content, the N21 Mobile App, and any products, services, or applications downloaded via the Sites are also subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable Member End User License Agreement that will appear along with a “DONE” box or button, which you will have to click or check before you will be allowed to access the applicable content. No Premium Content or other digital media is being offered for sale; only an applicable use license is being offered as provided in the applicable end user license agreement. 4. Premium Content functionality requires an appropriate computer with internet access or a smart device (Apple or Android) with internet access from said device. 5. If you sign up for a Premium Membership, you must provide us with a current, valid, accepted method of payment, which you may update from time to time ("Payment Method") and you authorize us to charge your Payment Method for the subscriptions, services and products you purchase from us. 6. The membership may be renewed by purchasing a prepaid scratch card and entering the card details into your accout or by credit card. If you are paying by credit card, your membership renews automatically every month using the Premium Member’s credit card details on file for the Premium Member, and the amount charged to the Premium Member’s credit card depends on the applicable monthly Premium Membership level subscribed to at the time of sign up, and any additional Premium Content or other purchases made by the Premium Member on the xxx.x00xxxxxx.xxx website. N21 SERVICES AND PRODUCTS. A. FCY Membership, Premium Membership, and automatic renewal/subscription – With respect to such memberships: 1. An FCY Membership is a complimentary subscription available only to IBOs who registered for the first time with Amway on or after January 1, 2024 and expires upon the expiration of the IBO’s First Amway Contract Year. An FCY Member may not upgrade to a paid membership level (and will not be permitted to purchase products or services from N21) until the expiration of their First Amway Contract Year. An FCY Membership includes access to certain Premium Content through N21Mobile. An FCY Membership also includes complimentary online streaming access to some events in North America that N21 makes available through N21Mobile; to the extent in-person seats are available for any such events (in our sole discretion), an FCY Member may access a complimentary ticket (or two complimentary tickets if an IBO couple that are both registered on N21Mobile) to attend such events by registering to attend the event in- person through N21Mobile. The complimentary ticket is for access to the event only, and does not include any travel, hotel, food, or anything else. During an FCY Member’s registration/signup on N21Mobile, an FCY Member will be asked to enter their Amway IBO number for the purposes of validating their First Amway Contract Year status, and a valid credit card number for the purpose of an automatic monthly subscription to N21’s lowest monthly subscription Premium Membership level upon the expiration date of the FCY Membership (i.e., the expiration date of your Amway First Contract Year). An FCY Member will receive an email to the email address listed in their membership profile notifying them of the expiration of their FCY Member status / FCY Membership, and remind them of their automatic subscription to N21’s lowest monthly subscription Premium Membership level prior to their automatic subscription date; N21 will charge your credit card for such Premium Membership 2.   • Products and Services General Information

  • Additional Products and Services Subject to the allocation of funds, the CPO may add similar equipment, supplies, services, or locations, within the scope of this Agreement, to the list of equipment, supplies, services, or locations to be performed or provided by giving written notification to Contractor. For purposes of this Section, the “Effective Date” means the date specified in the notification from the CPO. As of the Effective Date, each item added is subject to this Agreement, as if it had originally been a part, but the charge for each item starts to accrue only on the Effective Date. In the event the additional equipment, supplies, services, or locations are not identical to the items(s) already under this Agreement, the charges therefor will then be Contractor’s normal and customary charges or rates for the equipment, supplies, services, or locations classified in the Fees and Costs (Exhibit “F”).

  • Other Products and Services As our customer, you have access to a suite of financial products and services availed by ourselves, our affiliates and strategic partners designed to help you address and achieve your financial needs and goals. You agree that you can obtain information about such Products and Services via our website xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx.xx and you further agree that we can from time to time communicate information in relation to such Products or Services to you specifically or generally to all cardmembers via such communication mode as we consider appropriate.

  • Manufacturing Services Patheon will perform the Manufacturing Services for Products to be distributed and sold by Client in the Territory for the fees specified in Schedules B and C to the relevant Product Agreement. Schedule B to each Product Agreement sets forth a list of cost items that are included in the Price for Products; all cost items that are not included in this list are excluded from the Price and are subject to additional fees to be paid by Client. Patheon may amend the fees set out in Schedules B and C to a Product Agreement as set forth in Article 4. Patheon will perform the Manufacturing Services solely at the Manufacturing Site, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Client. If the parties agree that Patheon will supply, and Client will purchase, at least a specified minimum percentage of Client’s requirements for a Product under a Product Agreement (the “Required Percentage”), then the applicable Product Agreement will set forth the Required Percentage and the time period during which the obligation will apply (the “Required Period”). But this obligation (if any) will cease to apply to Client with respect to the Product if Patheon fails to remain in material compliance with its obligations under this Agreement or the applicable Product Agreement, or Patheon suspends performance under this Agreement or the applicable Product Agreement in connection with a Force Majeure Event or where Patheon is or will be prevented from supplying the Product as a result of the action of a Regulatory Authority. Subject to its obligation (if any) to purchase the Required Percentage of a Product during the Required Period, Client may, at any time, obtain Product from a third party or may, at any time, qualify a third party to perform Manufacturing Services for the Product. In performing the Manufacturing Services, Patheon and Client agree that:

  • Autism Services This plan covers the following services for the treatment of autism spectrum disorders. • Applied behavior analysis when provided and/or supervised by an individual licensed by the state in which the service is rendered. See the Summary of Medical Benefits for the amount that you pay. • Physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services when rendered as part of the treatment of autism spectrum disorder. A benefit limit will not apply to these services. • Psychological and psychiatric services, and prescription drugs are also covered. See Behavioral Health Services and Prescription Drugs and Diabetic Equipment or Supplies for additional information. Coverage for autism spectrum disorders does not affect any obligation of a school district, a state or other governmental entity to provide services to an individual under an individualized family service plan, an individualized education program, or similar services required under state or federal law. Services related to autism that are furnished by school personnel are not covered under this plan.

  • Diagnostic Services Procedures ordered by a recognized Provider because of specific symptoms to diagnose a specific condition or disease. Some examples include, but are not limited to:

  • Marketing Services The Manager shall provide advice and assistance in the marketing of the Vessels, including the identification of potential customers, identification of Vessels available for charter opportunities and preparation of bids.

  • Support Services Rehabilitation, counselling and EAP’s. Support is strictly non- punitive, and can be accessed at anytime (self-identification of the need for help is strongly encouraged).

  • Third Party Products and Services Any third-party hardware, software and/or services that is delivered by ResMed for use either standalone or in conjunction with ResMed products and/or services, shall be subject to the third-party terms and conditions and/or license agreements between Customer and the third party. Such third-party hardware, software and/or services is provided by ResMed "AS IS," without any warranty of any kind. Any representations or warranties as to such hardware, software and/or services shall only be as granted by the applicable third parties, if any, that accompany such products and/or software and/or services. Any representations, warranties, or other similar obligations with respect to such third-party hardware, software and/or services flow directly from the third party to Customer and ResMed shall have no responsibility at all for any such representations, warranties, obligations or lack thereof.

  • The Services The HSP agrees to provide the Services on the terms and conditions of this PFA including all of its Appendices and schedules.
