Name Plates. The CONSTRUCTION MANAGER shall not place name plates on the outside of any portion of his work, and he shall not permit Subcontractors or material men to stamp trade marks or names on the outside of any equipment. Name plates and trade marks normally placed on equipment by the manufacturers shall be allowed to remain, if approved by the OWNER.

Name Plates. The Chief shall provide each Officer with two (2) name plates. These name plates are standard equipment and to be worn by officers at all times and displayed, if possible, on their outer most garment. The name plate design shall be determined by the Chief of Police or his designee. Depending on an officer’s assignment (i.e., plain clothes, undercover etc.), the Chief may excuse the officer from the nameplate requirement. The Town shall replace these items as needed.
Name Plates. On the Delivery Date or as soon thereafter as is reasonably practicable, Lessee shall affix and thereafter maintain, or procure the affixation and maintenance of, in a prominent position in the cockpit of the Aircraft and on each Engine a fireproof metal nameplate bearing a legible inscription in a form reasonably required by Lessor stating the Aircraft type, manufacturer's serial number and current registration letters of the Aircraft and denoting the name of (i) Lessor as lessor (ii) Owner Trustee as owner trustee and (iii) Lender as mortgagee. Except as above provided Lessee will not allow the name of any person to be placed on the Airframe or on any Engine as a designation that constitutes a claim of ownership or a claim of any Security Interest; provided that nothing herein contained shall prohibit Lessee (or any person to which possession of the Airframe or any Engine is delivered or transferred in accordance with Clauses 13 and 14) from placing its customary colours and insignia on the Airframe.
Name Plates. 13.1 The customer shall not remove, deface or conceal any name plate or xxxx indicating that the equipment is the property of HBC and HBC shall at all reasonable times have access to the collection site or any other premises of the customer at which the equipment is located to inspect or repair such name plates or marks.
