National Board Certification Stipend. A teacher who has achieved National Board Certification by the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards or American Speech-Language Hearing Association is paid an additional $1,500 stipend per year.
National Board Certification Stipend. Stipends are provided outside of the compensation plan in accordance with the IEERB CBA Teacher Rubric, Updated June 2017 page 6. The corporation shall provide a stipend of $1000.00 to any teacher who has obtained certification from the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards and become National Board Certified Teachers.
National Board Certification Stipend. National Board Certified Teachers (NBCT) will receive an eight hundred fifty dollar ($850) annual stipend for the duration of their National Board Certification.
National Board Certification Stipend. A. Teachers who earn National Board for Professional Teacher Standards (NBPTS) Certification will receive a stipend of $1,000 per year for ten (10) years of the certification. If a NBPTS teacher is hired by the District, he/she will receive the stipend for the years remaining in the certification. If no NBPTS program exists for an employee's specific subject area, then the employee may submit a program to TACT to consider and forward a recommendation to the Board. The standard of other national certification programs must meet or exceed the NBPTS benchmarks. National licenses do not qualify for this stipend.
National Board Certification Stipend. 16.7.1 Beginning July 1, 2015, unit members with active National Board Certification shall receive an annual stipend of seven hundred fifty ($750) per school year.
National Board Certification Stipend. Bargaining Unit Members that have earned a National Board Certification as verified by official transcripts/documents and validated by the Human Resources Department, shall receive on annual basis a $1,000 stipend.
National Board Certification Stipend. A 1.0 full-time equivalent (FTE) teacher who acquires and maintains national certification from the organizations listed below shall receive a stipend of $500 per year by providing documentation of the certification to the Human Resources office by September 15 of each year. Teachers who are less than 1.0 FTE will receive a pro-rata amount of this stipend based upon their FTE.
National Board Certification Stipend. The District will provide a stipend in the amount of $1,500 per school year for Educational Support Associates (ESA) who possess the following recognized national certifications: Speech Language Pathologist: Certificate of Clinical Competence Registered Nurses: National School Nurse Certification Occupational Therapist: National Board for Certification Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) Physical Therapist: National Physical Therapist Examination (NPTE) Psychologist: National Certification in School Psychology (NASP) or American Board of Professional Psychology (Diplomate) Payment will be made to the ESA with continuing board certification as a lump sum in the month following proof of certification.
National Board Certification Stipend. A one-time stipend of $1,500.00 will be paid by the Board to any member attaining certification by the National Board of Teaching Standards.
National Board Certification Stipend. Upon obtaining “National Board Certification”, the teacher shall be paid in his/her regular paycheck an additional salary stipend equal to half the dollar difference between the Bachelor’s and Master’s salary column. This stipend shall be paid thereafter on an annual basis provided the teacher maintains this certification.
