The terms and conditions stated in this Agreement are subject to revisions in the NECA Tariff and/or mandated by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). Any changes to tariffs, fees or surcharges by NECA or the FCC may result in corresponding changes to your invoice with or without notice as required by regulation or law.
