Natural Gas Service. PSE would construct the natural gas system within dedicated rights-of-way using one of its authorized contractors to perform this work. The contractor would be required to work with the City of Cle Elum and/or Kittitas County (depending on the alternative selected for implementation) to provide traffic control measures during work within road rights-of-way adjacent to operational roadways.

Natural Gas Service. This Agreement is not an agreement to provide natural gas service. Upon completion of the Facilities, Dominion Energy will provide natural gas service utilizing the Facilities in accordance with Dominion's Utah Natural Gas Taiiff, PSCU 600 ("Tariff') on file with the Utah Public Service Commission ("Commission") as may be revised from time to time. No Pai·ty shall be precluded by this Agreement from petitioning the Commission for modification ofany applicable rate schedules or rules and regulations pertaining to gas service. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to require Dominion Energy to install additional capacity to serve Customer's future needs.
Natural Gas Service. Provider undertakes to supply natural gas to Consumer via its natural gas network , subject to the initial minimum consumption amount for 2020 that is set forth in Annex 2. Consumer may increase its demand for consumption of natural gas without notice to Service Provider and without Service Provider’s consent. B. Quality parameters of supplied natural gas are: 2 bars pressure for processes and from 30 millibars to 60 millibars for heating; 34.1 MJ/cubic meter energy. Service Provider shall notify the Consumer without delay of any potential restrictions of supply or shut-downs implemented due to maintenance. Consumer shall specify the anticipated natural gas consumption to the Service Provider's Energy Department as follows: every day latest by 02.00 p.m. for the next day; on Fridays, anticipated natural gas consumption for the weekend and Monday; and on the last day before bank holidays projected consumption for the days of the bank holiday and the following (1st) workday. Crossroads shall furnish, and SDI shall purchase, interruptible gas transportation service through the NIFL transmission system for the SDI Facility on the terms and conditions hereinafter described (all such services herein referred to collectively as "Natural Gas Service") . Such transportation service provided by Crossroads will be interruptible transportation of SDI's gas from the point at which it is delivered to the Crossroads system to the Crossroads interconnection with the NIFL system near Butler, Indiana ("NIFL Connection"). On and after January 1, 1996, SDI's minimum average volume of Natural Gas Service at the SDI Facility shall be one thousand five hundred dekatherms per day (1,500 Dkt/d). Prior to that date SDI shall endeavor to meet such minimum, but shall not be required to do so, because of start-up conditions.
Natural Gas Service. Standards All gas plumbing must be Schedule 40 black iron, per Code and base building specification. All contractor work on gas piping to systems must be qualified and licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Benchtop natural gas turrets and fume hood natural gas valves must be press-to-turn locking type. similar to Water-saver, in accordance with Cambridge Fire Department requirements.
