Common use of Nature of the Contract Services Clause in Contracts

Nature of the Contract Services. Contractor acknowledges that it has satisfied itself as to the nature of the Contract Services, the general character, magnitude and quality of the services required during and for satisfactory completion of the Contract Services, the general and local conditions and all other matters which could affect the Contract Services, based on information reasonably available to Contractor prior to the date of this Agreement. Contractor shall assume responsibility for all management, coordination and all other tasks and activities as specified in the Agreement and required to perform the Contract Services.‌
